I’m having trouble keeping the Signature Shaper in place. When I pull it tight for the velcro it leaves an uncomfortable pressure at the base of my skull. Any looser and it slips up taking the scarf with it. Any suggestions?
Looks fabulous, unfortunately even the XL headband barely closes around my big head so this won't work for me. /sadness I suppose I could get some double sided velcro from the fabric store and try that as an extender.
Omaine because a true merchant of integrity sell him herself integrity - trust and then people are willing to buy your product. That builds repeat customers who usually know at least five others like minded people to refer.
I always have trouble with the shaper. It likes to push up in the back and bunch up which causes massive irritation within 2 hours I have to take everything off, give my head a break and then rewrap which doesn't work when I'm at work. Is there a reason for this? I can't seem to get it to stay on my head properly.
I was so hoping that this would be a great thing.... But with a larger head size, and a problem with headaches if it's too tight, this ks clearly going to be too small. :(
I see that these are out of stock on your website. How much are they and when will they be in stock? Also, do you offer a discount for 1st time buyers? Thank you.
I have the Wendy in black and blonde and I just ordered my first Signature Shaper . So looking forward to trying it :) I ordered it in white , so I'll have something in all colours :) . Love your products so much . Greetings from New Brunswick , Canada
I have a question that perhaps you can answer being American. You know how young ladies (who aren't Muslim) like to wear their hair in ponytails or buns and then just a headband while exercising? Well, when I wasn't Muslim, I would try to do that but those headbands would not stay down. They would ride up and off my head. NOT one single headband stayed. Even the ones with "a grip band". So would his one stay in place for me and not ride up from around my head? I know it's not a headband. But it is like a headband with cloth surrounding it. Thank you.
Hi, Pam! YES! Our No-Slip Headband, which is sewn into the Signature Shaper is super grippy and has been known to not budge on roller coasters! Check out the full product description for the No-Slip Headband here: www.wrapunzel.com/store/no-slip-headband/
+Roxanne Duty Hi, Roxanne! That is true that 24" is larger than average. Ladies find this shaper to be quite comfortable, but if it is too tight around your head, you might not agree! We also have the Classic Shaper, which is a bit larger and is a bonnet-style volumizer. It has two ties in the back (instead of Velcro) and can accommodate a wider range of head sizes. They're currently out of stock, but we hope to have more soon! wrapunzel.com/product/tichel-shapers/
It's beautiful, Andrea! I wonder whether you would consider creating a shaper with less volume, as well? I can't find one anywhere and, being a very short person, I find the regular shapers much too big.
Miriam HaMayim, have you tried the oomphtastic scrunchie? I don't like a huge amount of poof / volume either and I find that's just right for me. I have short hair, tho, so I have to use a smaller hairband then the oomphtastic on top of that.
Hi, Rebecca! Take a look at this product page: www.wrapunzel.com/product/the-wrapunzel-signature-shaper/. In the product gallery, you'll see a graphic that shows Rachel wearing all of our different shapers with the same scarf on top for comparison. This should give you an idea of what it will look like with a scarf over it! Let us know if you need any further help!
@@WrapunzelOfficial Hello, I tried to go to the link with Rachel wearing all the different shapers with the same scarf, so I can use it for a comparison, but this link is no longer working! Do you have a new link?
I just ordered the essentials from wrapuzel.com, but I would like to know where to get the white head cover Andrea is using in this video... do I need it to go with the signature shaper???
@@WrapunzelOfficial do you need to have both the white one you use to cover your hair, and the black shaper? Or just one? Did you use the cap so that your head was covered in the video?
Pa B You got it. Andrea doesn't show her hair so she put the white version on first & then demonstrated how to put on the shaper using the black one. But you only need one.
+Angelica Hampton Hendrix Great question! It will add just a little bit of shape, but many women with very short hair find that it is not enough volume for tails to be anchored to with many styles. The next level in volume that we offer is the Ultimate Shaper, which looks very similar, but has a larger poof. Even larger than that is our Classic Shaper, which is most certainly enough volume for pretty much all styles, even with very short hair. It does not have a velvet headband attached, though, so you would need a separate no-slip band to keep everything from shifting throughout the day. Our most versatile shaper is our Beret Volumizer, aka "The Wendy," which is totally customizable, so that you can choose the exactly perfect amount of volume for you.

It sounds like The Classic Shaper + a velvet headband would work well for you. Or, if you want to option to wear even more volume, The Wendy would be perfect!
That looks amazing, I can't wait to try one out....heading to Wrapunzel right now!

use it with an extra velcro band, let the band cover half of it´s own band, works as if you had a bigger band and it should be fine.
Looks fabulous, unfortunately even the XL headband barely closes around my big head so this won't work for me. /sadness I suppose I could get some double sided velcro from the fabric store and try that as an extender.

What was the white covering you had on? Was it a satin cover to protect your hair?
My hair has all fallen out due to chemotherapy. Do the no slip headbands work if there is no hair for it to grip?
PLEEEEEASE MAKE THESE AGAIN.....!!!!!! PRETTY PLEASE????!!!!!

is the Velcro comfortable? will this fit a 24" head? I believe avg is 22", so I have a big noggin! in concerned about the Velcro being a bother.

Miriam HaMayim this one actuallydoes have less!
Jennifer Saxin No, I have very short hair, also the back of my head is rather flat. Always difficult to get things to sit properly.
Wrapunzel Ladies It's still a bit full for me, based on the video. :-(
Quick question, how does this look with a tichel/scarf on? Just so I have an idea of how the "finished product" will look :)
