Actually, when this video came out, the anime ending had not been released yet, so it is talking about the manga ending.
They are basically the same buddy and are both trash. The manga finished in chapter 123 and the anime in season 3.

dude that's what i thought at first! but EVERYWHERE the lyrics seem to be "BEWAREEE" but it sounds much more like BREAK FREE. Plus BREAK FREE really ties in well with the story, more than BEWAREEEEEE
@@ishaan863 yeah, and to further clarify, it does say Beware at some parts, and at some parts they literally play Beware & Break Free at the same. This creates an auditory illusion where some people only hear one of the two words and then fight over who is right. They use this same trick in almost every aot ost, which is a big reason why lyrics are often so different b/w lyric videos here on RUclips.

I don't *hate* the ending but I found the backpedaling in relation to Erens ruthlessness to be distasteful and weak. Not because I wanted him to turn into pure evil or something, but because it was clumsily handled. All the signs of him suffering internally and being conflicted were already there. Plainly showing it felt cheap and aimed mainly at those in the audience who are far too dumb to read between the lines.
Didn't care much about Mikasa and Jean. As in, it didn't make me dislike the ending more or less. Although I did find the idea of them getting together weird. Not because of the "she should be with Eren" logic, but because I felt bad for Jean. I assumed that Mikasa would end up with him only because she basically had no other options, which would make them visiting the grave of her "true love" extra bad and unhealthy for the guy lmao
Also, I legit don't get the people who complain about the war happening afterwards and someone finding the funny titan bug again. Its like they missed the whole point of the show due to their own idiocy.
How perfect - you don't need to explain everything about the Paths, about the centipede, about Ymir's motives, how Mikasa walked to Paradiz on foot alone, why Eren did all of this - just leave it to the reader, that's good writing! Eren turned his county into fashist dictatorship, made his friends be enemies on their own motherland, made everyone hate Paradiz forever and destroy it in the future, he didn't even end the titan conflict, he doesn't even know why he does all of this - he only cares about his stepsis pussy, and also he killed his own mom and blamed Reiner for it... fantastic.
@@Poppenheimer69"humans will always fight" could be demonstrated far better by showing civil war on Paradiz instead of just repeating the same conflict with the outside world, accidentally proving Flok right...

@deenman23 nah the author probably "regretted it" caused ya'll hates be hatin'. Haters are the ones who misunderstood somethings and took somethings too literally. Aot is not literal, the story telling is designed for us to think and imagine and put the puzzles together. You've seen the stories from S1-S4 (exlcuding he movies) how the stories are planned out well....no such thing as "pressured and rushed" (maybe) but Iseyama thought through a lot for such a wonderful story until the end (it takes a huge brain like DAMN) but he just changed his mind to regretting it bc of the feedback. But he must know he did good, a lot of people also loved it. But like I said it may not be PERFECT he is also human which aren't perfect creatures which makes us perfect in a way called ART.
But that is why I ask, I am confused as to why people don't like it, how would they have wanted to end instead? I wonder
