They're worn by Muslim men as a reminder of death (Muslims are buried in similar white cloths) and that you're going to face Allah (god) and thus you have a more spiritual connection during your Umrah or Hajj. They're also worn to show equality amongst different colours of people and social classes.

Actually it a piece of cloth that men wear when doing Umra(Visiting) Prayer. For men it is compulsory for only wear those piece of white cloth, two piece as one for top, another for bottom and it call ihram.
The towel is called Ihram. It is two pieces of cloth, unstitched unsewn, one to cover upper and one to cover lower part of body. It is obligatory for male pilgrims to put on Ihram before a restricted perimeter (Miqat). While in the state of Ihram Muslim Men are restricted to cut nails, hair, take bath, kill insects or animals, apply fragnance etc.

Actually it a piece of cloth that men wear when doing Umra(Visiting) Prayer. For men it is compulsory for only wear those piece of white cloth, two piece as one for top, another for bottom and it call ihram.
Everyone wears same clothing eliminating any class system everyone is equal true unity
It's worn to remind you that after death you will be wrapped around this sort of cloth.
The towel is called Ihram. It is two pieces of cloth, unstitched unsewn, one to cover upper and one to cover lower part of body. It is obligatory for male pilgrims to put on Ihram before a restricted perimeter (Miqat). While in the state of Ihram Muslim Men are restricted to cut nails, hair, take bath, kill insects or animals, apply fragnance etc.
