Merci.
@@mqartinmoura3576 unfortunately tons of people compare Callas with Sutherland and Tebaldi and they say that they had better vocal technique than PRIME Callas. They just say that Callas was a better interpreter
@@judygarland7186 I guess Callas makes it all sound so natural and free that one tends to overlook the very solid technique that underpins that very freedom and naturalness... It all appears effortless - which actually takes a lot of skill!
Lovely picture, and great sound. One of her legendary miracles. It’s amazing how shoddy orchestral could be back then. These days the orchestras are so much better, and the singers so much worse!
To think that people had claimed she didn’t have coloratura… there’s laughter in my head
I wish her and Gigli had sang something together!!! Very strange that they did not.
I wish to hear their Lucia duet!! I don’t know why they did not sang together! Unfortunately
@@OperaMyWorld yes or something by Bellini would’ve been magnificent!!!

What a delightful thing to provide us all. Thank you so much!
Astonishing ! I didn't know this one (by Callas, I mean)!
Maravilhosa!Maria Callas é a minha rainha! No meu coração será eterna! Obrigado por este presente!❤🇵🇹
no one can come close. The greatest Ombra Leggera of all time. Better than Sutherland and anyone else
How can you even compare Callas with Sutherland?

The incomparable Callas!

Sounds really good
Thank you so much!

The first time I heard this aria from Berthe Krieg on the conservatoria in the Hague 1977, she was the best and also Callas ofcourse!

With this aria, I only enjoy Callas and the recording of Natalie Dessay (yes I like very much)!
