What a day it is! Awesome footage man! Glad that you could get up into the NE, they've had a few nice dumps so far this season. Someday I'll get up there and check it out. I hit Cataloochee opening weekend and it was decent, hit it up yesterday on the way up to Pittsburgh and they had the glades open(vid coming once I get home, lol) and nobody was there so it was lit! I was going to hit up Timberline for opening day, but the blizzard warning on my travel day scared me off. Looks like they weren't able to get the 6-pack running with the 60 mph winds so dodged one there. I'm going to try to hit them on the rebound this Saturday though on my way back down to GA. It's unreal being able to get out so early this year, season is off to a great start!

I was up in Pittsburgh for a funeral and wound up staying through Saturday to spend time with affected friends/family, honestly wasn't in the right head space to ski at all this weekend, but we'll get out there at some point. Can't wait to see your footage from Timberline! Hopefully got some glades and double diamond action, haha!

Sunday is far from the largest skiable acreage in the northeast never mind the state of Maine. Killington, 1509 acres and Sugarloaf also in Maine is 1,360 acres.

hey thanks man! appreciate it. I've actually never been to Sunday River outside of this past visit, and I heard they have a beginner peak located at the mountain. Your best bet is probably the trails located nearest to the Grand Summit Hotel on the map, I imagine those will be mellow for all the resort guests as they advertise "ski in/ski out" there. good luck & keep shreddin'!

I spent 4 days there last winter, it was fantastic. Even after the flooding they had it was still great. I would def go back.
