- Home-made ported piston power graver. Some 3d printed parts, some turned stainless steel and some phosphor-bronze. - Build one, do some practicing, get good, make some money and put it towards buying the Steve Lyndsey Palm Control.

What’s that little paper clip looking thing for? Thank you again bruh
Great job!!
What a surprise.Engraving is growing by the day.Congratulations.It looks and sound pretty good.I will watch all your videos
Thanks Angel. Working together we can help people make their own tools.
What a great tool! Is it possible to get the plans for this or can you recommend a source of plans? :)
Love it
please make a video on how to build it
Does the compressed air come intermittently? Does it come continuously? If it comes intermittently, how do you ensure it?
Very Impressive, I still wouldn't what to do even if u made a "how-to" vid lol but between u, Shaun and a few others there's a good chance someone will do a "Dummies Guide" lol and help us who can't afford the ridiculous amount of money Air gravers cost.
For health reasons I probably wouldn't be able to get decent results with a push graver I need for doing Champleve work before enameling but Air gravers are just too expensive for me to consider, so keep on pushing the boundaries guys as there's a lot of us out here not skilled enough in the areas u guys are that would love an affordable alternative ;@)
Seria possível passar as medidas para poder fazer um igual .obrigado (brasil)
Awsome! Do you have a video of how to make it?
Not got one yet, but will do one next time I make another.
@@joowler4891 amazing, make the video please... thanks
Would you sell one of these?
Shit, I thought it was me for a minute :) You got the curves bro, damn they are gonna all realise, it's not that difficult after all. You do know thats a federal crime all over the world. That was just practice for what you have to put up with, like forever.
Thanks Shaun. Maybe I could say it's so easy monkeys could do it. In fact if you gave an infinite amount of monkeys infinite amount of time and an infinite amount of metal they could eventually produce the complete work of Sam Alfano.
I've got a big stack of butchered coins in a tin. It does take practice, the power graver does help greatly.
What mischief is that! ;) Where is the spring? :D
No spring, it's got a ported piston which directs air to either side of the piston.
@@joowler4891 Ok, but what pushes the piston back? Even Sergey Waltman requires spring. So what does the work of spring here?
@@marseal_armoury4547 Air pushes it back and forth. It works like the Steve Lyndsey air graver. There's no special pulsed air required, just plug into the compressor set to 25psi and you are set to go. The spring in the other type limits the beats per minute to the reaction time of the spring, this one is limited only by the psi input.
Is ur power graver palm-control also, like Steve Lyndsay or foot-pedal??
Oh ur a bad mf😎 thanks bro
@@ramrod420 it's footpedal.
@@joowler4891 thanks. Last ? What material do u recommend the ported piston should be made outta of(For the best quality overall) how long do u recommend the piston should be. Thank you bro thank you
@@ramrod420 I've made it 25mm long 8mm large diameter and 5mm small diameter. Because compressed air contains moisture it should be made from stainless steel.
@@joowler4891 thank you bro
