Hi, I need to dismount a flow 2 system. I´m watching your video and I think that dismount is not very difficult. But I´m worried with a point: how can I remove the rail connectors that appears in 6:21 minute of your video? Appreciated your help, thanks in advance
Hello AndresRSola, you will need a special pliers or a small pin and a hammer. With these tools, you can remove the connecting bolts from bottom to top. Best regards, your team at Pflanz Homelift.
