Now that she has gone on to glory I realize the many blessings she left me I thank God for her and her walk with Him. Even though it hurts because she's not here with me I know she loved me and I know God is with me.

I was there for this live recording. I was attending college at Dillard university in New Orleans. This song would be the song to get me through the most difficult times in my life. 30 years later and it’s still my go to. Thank you Jesus for wiping away my tears and always being faithful.

I love this song, my step-father left me as the sole beneficiary over his finances and I did not know about it. I had to set up the entire funeral and program speakers, songs and all. I searched for songs to compliment what I wanted the service to say and I found this cassette tape of Bishop Paul Morton "Your Tears" and I said this is it.
