Delhi's Ring Railway has missed the train

If you've never used the city's Ring Railway , nor heard of it, you are part of the overwhelming majority .In a city of 2.5 crore, only about 3,700 people use this 40-yearold network in a day. That's the number of people you can easily fit into two six-coach Metro trains. The service certainly looks well past its use-by date, but it had its time once.

I feel some stations in Ring railway route should be renamed as per nearby area or location. May be with this, Delhi Ring Railway can be revived.
1. Lajpat nagar should be renamed as Jal Vihar.
2. Lodhi colony as Safdarjung bus terminal
3. Safdarjung as Chanakya bhavan or sarojini nagar M block
4. Chanakyapuri as South campus or Jesus Mary college
5. SP Marg station as Dhaulakuan
6. Patel nagar as Satguru Ram Singh Marg
