    Such a nice area, that little Italy! I enjoyed seeing James Coffee, seems like the place for me. And the market at the end, so many good eats!

    Love the intro!!! You guys are funny. I got jealous at the "nice weather all year around" comment as I sit in negative numbers of cold weather right now :) Love any little Italy!!! Don't you love it when random people just start talking to you while you're in the middle of filming...lololol

    • @travelpockets
      @travelpockets  5 лет назад

      Haha thanks, we were cracking up ourselves ;) It's always interesting to see how people react when we are filming. Some people give us dirty looks but most are just curious as to what we're filming for. The random guy that talked to us was genuinely interested and was so nice :)

    We have just booked our US trip for this summer, we will be going to California but no exact plans yet so good to see different parts of San Diego. That flight path is pretty close, probably see it clearly as you fly in,

    Intros are so tricky! You guys made us laugh. Gorgeous places to eat. The lunch combos look good! That airplane freaked us out a bit. Hahaha

    I only got to spend a day in San Diego off a cruise ship and I've been dying to return! Hahah I love your intro! I end up redoing these a million times on my Instagram stories! ;) Little Italy is a bit of a tongue twister, isn't it.

    I had no clue SD has these little 'country pockets' like LA! James coffee place looks really cool, very open and welcoming.

    Looks like you had a lovely time exploring Little Italy! Those planes flying so low is scary, I am sure the locals would get used to it, but how annoying would it be! Looks like beautiful places to eat and the market looked enjoyable with all the free samples! Happy Travels :)

    • @travelpockets
      @travelpockets  5 лет назад

      Haha yeah, I'm sure the locals are sick of those planes... or just got used to it ;)

    Outdoor markets are always fun to check out. The inside eating spots were too crowded and busy for my liking. Shows how popular they are.

    • @travelpockets
      @travelpockets  5 лет назад

      Some of the spots were more crowded than others for sure but not as terrible as some other places we've been to. This was still manageable :)

    Not too far from my home town! I have never actually been there. Oddly enough, the non-Italian food looked good too (i.e. the Ramen).

    • @travelpockets
      @travelpockets  5 лет назад +1

      We thought it was going to be all old-school Italian stuff but it was surprisingly hip with lots of non-Italian stuff.
