All jokes aside, the animation in this fight was literally built different. Gyutaro was a whole menace. Really liked him and Daki as a duo together. Their VA's popped off.

One thing I give demon slayer above other shonen, is the sense of danger. There is no healing power system in this anime and if the squad gets injured they gotta rest up and recover. Damage sticks and sells the impact of things like Tenzen losing his arm and eye

The danger element in many Shonens is non existent whatsoever but DS has the danger factor because we knew Upper Moons catch bodies
And the fact that nezuko has healing so instantaneous and powerful she survived getting cut in half.
If we’re being realistic, everyone there would have died from their injuries, both of zenitsu legs were broken, and he was trapped under burning rubble, hinoske got stabbed through his heart, tanjiro got a cut the size of his arm and deep enough for movement to be fatal. Uzuis heart stopped beating and he fell unconscious, had an untreated amputation, and what would be an eye infection.
@@hiroshiyitama2888 Nezuko has regeneration cuz shes literally a powerful demon lol. Not to mention they abide this universe abides by different laws than our world cuz they literally using breathing techniques to become superhuman and fight monsters. Thats also why they have reocvery breathing to treat injuries. And Inoskue stated that he DIDNT get stabbed in the heart by shifting his organs, which shouldnt really be a surprise cuz we've already seen him turn into a worm, and he also has his special sensory ability to detect attcks.
@@c3p6 I said if it was REAL, in real life, we don’t have “recovery breathing” there aren’t demons that can regenerate, and humans can’t shift their organs around in their body like a Rubix cube.
Inosuke’s ability to shift organs is actually pretty common in martial arts manga (like Baki and History’s Mightiest Disciple)

I picked up the manga after this season I was so impressed by the fight.
While I think the story (and the ending) leave a lot to be desired, I can't understate how excited I am for some of the fights that are to come in the coming arcs. My Kokushibo fans know what's up.

The only thing I’m think of that COULD potentially top this is Yamamoto’s big fight in Bleach this year. Kubo believes it’s going to be amazing, and if what the trailers and first two episodes show aren’t “amazing”, then I can only imagine how good that fight will look.

@@godofcombat3113 and it’s also animation quality that I’m counting as well. So far, Demon Slayer season 2 has been the best anime this year when it comes to quality. It’s looking like Bleach and/or Chainsaw Man might come close or possibly even surpass it in at least some areas.

Just watch Appsolutely Geek'D point of view which I agree on for Zenitsu and why he acts the ways he acts because his concious and subconcious are reversed, so he just blurts everything out randomly normally so when he's asleep he can actually be calm cool and collected and he explains it better but it makes zenitsu alot better in my eyes

Can we all agree that Inosuke took that kill from zenitsu? Zenitsu cut like halfway, and then Inosuke pulled up with his serrated swords and followed through on a different part of her neck. Daki doesn't have a clean cut like gyutaro. Killsteal like a Boss.

I was kinda disappointed with how the anime handled Izui's score reading ability because they didn't give as much insight into it as the manga did, just the fact that he can hear the attacks thrown at him. Not when and how he activated it because those are important as someone can question why he didn't use it from the beginning.
The anime decided not to spoon fed information to keep it a surprise. It worked for me bec they already showed tid bits of said ability like him scanning the entire building using sounds. Inosuke's flexibility (which has plot hole on their recovery training at butterfly mansion). Both of which are abilities that are passively active

@@HapPawhere its not really cause it's lacking its just that in the manga you have panels dedicated to explanations of stuff that you don't get in an anime. The only way it could possibly work is if they did something like Hunterxhunter does with its narrator coming in and being like here's you're info. Uzui's musical score technique is explained in the manga and it says he can't do it at first cause he has to basically study an enemy long enough to perfect it. You don't get that explanation at all in the anime

Demon slayer has top tier animation, and the fights are amazing but no one in anime has more plot armor than Tanjiro. It's amazing that he can get dominated for 99% of the fight and then main character, never give up kicks in and he wins every time lol.

Except tanjiro spends a lot of time training so its actually plausible that he survives or is able to pull something out his ass
@@lee-cl8td and we constantly see his training non stop ON SCREEN too. Plus unlike most shows where they recover after a day or two. Tanjiro be knocked out for weeks, if I remember right hell he was knocked out for a month once
@@alec123456789capps yeah I can't remember what fight (might have been the one against rui) but he was out of commission for at least a month. Cause he had to fully heal and then train with the constant breathing which probably took a bit, inosukes throat was crushed and zenitsu was damn near a spider so he had to heal from that. It's not like dragonball where you have plot beans that can heal you to full

And there is “recovery breathing” which in itself is a form of healing so to say they have no healing power system seems a bit of a stretch if you ask me..
