Windows Server 2003 Migration to Azure step by step

No Azure Backups can be enabled but only snapshots, and you can use Veeam backup for Microsoft Azure to schedule Backups & Snapshots for this windows server...
Windows Server 2000 32 bit is also supported with same steps by 2008 Hyper-V guest.iso and enabling terminal services on windows server 2000.
Also more good news that Azure Site Recovery (Hyper-V to Azure) supports windows server 2000 and 2003 for failover and failback...
