Yes been doing this for years, although let me add something for you. If you add 1-2drops of dish soap. They can't land on the liquid and sink to their deaths even faster ..
Just put some apple cider vinegar in a glass, a few drops of liquid soap, cover with saran wrap, poke about a dozen holes in it and you will get ten times that in a day. They love the stuff.
doesn't work at all. people said apple cider vinegar would work too, does not work AT ALL, does not even attract 1 gnat when 70 are flying around. like, just air would attract more. old wives remedies almost never work.
@@faithharrington1426 the brand is "aspectek" i found these work during the day too. just not as well as the big zapper, but they're a lot quieter and cheaper too, both have their place imo. these may work better at night too. and with pouring boiling water down the drains (kills them+larva), finally cured my gnat problem, for now...
I'm tempted to put a little honey or peanut butter on it to attract insects during the daytime.
bowl + apple cider + bit of sunlight + gladwrap on top of bowl then poke some small holes for the fruit flys to get in = death trap for them.
Use a couple drops of liquid soap and you won’t have to use the clear wrap on top of the cup.
Yeah that’s what I normally do, from working at bars for years. But then I bought these because I hate the smell. I think I prefer these personally.

Hey, have you reviewed both Zevo and Raid indoor plug in fly trap?
Are you supposed to put the sticky pad facing outward or inward towards the wall?
Have 2 of these that are not this particular brand. They work great. Just check the card every 2-3 weeks and replace. Amazon sells the 10 packs.
Straight forward no mess wallah.!
Works great
A tiny piece of banana in a jar with paper rolled into a cone will trap way more than that in a hour!
