How A Photoacoustic CO2 Sensor Works - Gravity: I2C SCD41 Infrared CO2 Sensor (400 - 5000 ppm)

Currently, most carbon dioxide sensors on the market are significantly large because these sensors utilize non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) gas sensing techniques.
However, it is still somewhat too bulky for a portable carbon dioxide alert device.
The innovative use of MEMS microphones for carbon dioxide detection allows for a significant reduction in the required volume of the optical chamber in the infrared absorption method.
This small photoacoustic carbon dioxide sensor provides an accuracy of ±(40 ppm + 5% MV) in the 400 - 5000 ppm measuring range.
Please note that this sensor should be kept away from vibration sources, direct sunlight, and heat sources during use.

Needs to do CO too. Make the led source ping two different wavelengths and give two outputs. It would react fast, far faster than the other CO sensors on the market, too.

What if you wanted to plug a CO2 sensor into an amp so that only the sound of your wind instrument is picked up (like most guitars)?
First, I'd like to know if that is possible
Second, would an IR sensor be more exclusively for wind instruments than this?
