DIY Macrame Wavy Leaves Pattern For Your Macrame Project | Macrame Floral (Part 2)
Hi Macrame Lovers...
This video is a continuation of the previous tutorial about macrame floral patterns.
Here I show you the next 3 wavy leaves pattern designs that you can apply to your macrame projects. I made this Macrame Leaves Patern using 3 ropes.
1. WAVY LEAVES PATTERN TYPE 4
Materials:
* Dowel wood 1 cm thick (if you use thicker wood add the size of the rope)
* 4 mm cotton rope
- 1 x 50 cm (filler cord)
- 2 x 200 cm
This string size produces 3 wavy leaves pattern (type 4) with a total length of about 11 cm.
At the end of the pattern you will get leftover ropes of various lengths from 2 cm to 22 cm
2. WAVY LEAVES PATTERN TYPE 5
Materials:
* Dowel wood 1 cm thick (if you use thicker wood add the size of the rope)
* 4 mm cotton rope
- 3x140 cm
This string size produces 3 wavy leaves pattern (type 5) with a total length of about 14.5 cm.
At the end of the pattern, you will get leftover ropes of various lengths from 1 cm to 16 cm
3. WAVY LEAVES PATTERN TYPE 6
Materials:
* Dowel wood 1 cm thick (if you use thicker wood add the size of the rope)
* 4 mm cotton rope
- 3 x 110 cm
This string size produces 3 wavy leaves pattern (type 6) with a total length of about 11 cm.
At the end of the pattern you will get leftover ropes of various lengths from 1 cm to 20 cm
The knots used in making these three wavy leaves pattern designs are: the Lark's head knot and the Double Half Hitch Knot/Clove Hitch Knot.

I wonder how it looks like with different colors. Like the left and right in the same color and the middle in an other. Or with 3 different colors. I can't follow all the strings to imagine where which (colored) one would be. Type 4 and 5 would look great as dog collar in different colors.
