    Great video if I am trying to go from5v to 1.5v could I just use a 30k resistor ?

    If, after 2nd 10k resistor output gives 1.8v then what is the use of 3rd 10k resistor?

    10K r x3 5.1v/3 about 1.7v
    how about replace one 10k r with a light led about 2V
    or a 20K VR adjustable set to13.3k.

    Not reliable. You need diods with the resistors or use better way by using voltage regulator 👌
