PS: I get equal amount of triggers both when you are standing and sitting, so it doesnt matter as long as it is not agressive and fast tapping... Gentle tapping is the only one working for me...

This video is helping override the pain signals coming from my back. I've had chronic pain for several years & sometimes the brain can really benefit from a re-boot of sorts by being flooded with endorphins. I think that's why ASMR can be really great for pain. Since there brain can't really focus on two things at once. Just my personal experience at least. Very good video. Then you.
