I always respected this aspect of the show.
This is Chuck's heritage and he brings it into his characters in Walker and in other productions that he has been in.
Chuck is Cherokee, yes, but he was born within the boundaries of the *Chickasaw* Nation, in Ryan, Oklahoma, roughly 20 miles from where I live.
Man I grew up watching Walker Texas ranger. I would watch it everyday after school. This was one of my favorite TV shows.
As was mine

These parts were the best for me.
Brilliant ❤️
Great work! Thank you for these videos. Brings back memories.
You can really see his indigenous blood in his facial structure.
Showung athletic ability reminds those of Jim Thorpe from those parts; and Vision quest being the moment where the Trusto in senses took over
Amazing the you for the video 😎😎😎
Nice video thanks for sharing
Carlos, is always true to his show! 😊❤
Exelentes videos y película d acción
I bet those Indian tribes love him
So Chuck really is 1/8 Cherokee? Not just his character?
In real life
Damn it"Lucas". Why did you have to remind me of *that* episode. It's *depressing.*
It was a depressing episode but it can also bring a truth that in many ways we are connected. It may not be physical in a way but spiritually.
They should I mean his roots run deep ❤
👍👍

Prácticamente el personaje de Walker fue inspirado en el mismo Chuck Norris
I love Chuck Norris, and the show was great…but I’m afraid none of these elements are Cherokee. It’s all Plains NDN stuff. Not that it’s bad, but I wish it were called what it really is.
