Shouldn't the white on Kyle go across the left side of his body instead of just being a straight line down the front?

@@ToyShiz on the back of the box for the Kyle figure the white goes under the armpit but on the figure it doesn't

@@ToyShiz yes I did, it was a rhetorical question used to point out the inaccuracy of the figure as McFarlane is constantly getting things wrong with his Green Lantern figures (Parallax's hair, all of the translucent lanterns, ect).
Costume doesn't match the boxart but it's still a correct version of Kyle's suit.
Just picked up the deathstroke today at target , had to have him. Had no clue these were coming out let alone good labels
I might get Deathstroke too because he is another great Batman villain like Joker, Catwoman, Mr. Freeze, Riddler, Penguin, Two Face, Bane and Man Bat

Lol McFarlane knows what he’s found. He releases the less desired figure first then gives us a more desired one later (manhunter, hush superman since it’s a variant by its own description, Kyle).

2 weeks ago, I picked the Jon Stewart Green Lantern figure and to be honest, He looks great in hand and I might get Kyle Rayner in his more 90s look because he looks cool to have, Also, I hope we get a more classic or Rebirth Wonder Woman to go with the Justice League team, Awesome review as always Toyshiz.

Picked both up today and I'm impressed for the most part. Anyone looking be sure to examine the Deathstroke thoroughly, as quite a few at Target had some paint bleeding QC issues. Thank you for putting this video together.

Finally an updated 90's Kyle figure. I love my DC Direct one, but the detailed gauntlets and boots makes him looks more modern. And I really appreciate the new constructs. Glad I skipped the last Kyle in the hopes this one was gonna be released. Great review as always. Much appreciated.
I stopped at target on my way home from work this morning and i was lucky enough to find all the new mcfarlane figures stocked up!

Man ole man I need this Kyle figure as soon as possible!! Dunno if I'll be able to find him at a store, I'm gonna hate having to pay more on ebay but the Targets near me aren't so great usually and since they don't open til 8 I can't ever get there during the week (unlike Walmarts which I've been having some great luck lately finding stuff!) I actually painted the first Kyle figure to be in his original costume, so I dunno what to do with him, even though my custom figure has a darker green that I prefer, I still want the official one since I'm such a huge fan of the character. Thanks for reviewing the Deathstroke figure too, I thought he looked kind of cool but definitely not a version of him I know about or need, so I dunno, if I see him in person it's a maybe.
I saw your post about kyle and the rest being at target in niles Illinois and drove a hour to get him so happy they still had him in stock it was a full wrack of them
That Deathstroke isn't a repaint of the orange and black Deathstroke it's mostly new ! The head , hands and feet are the only obvious re-use !

To be honest I am a big fan of Deathstroke and to me he doesn't look bad he is definitely a pick up for me also green lantern Kyle rayner is also a pick up for me and they should have given my boy Deathstroke more weapons but I know they have to keep him PG 😉

Look great. I just hate that their store exclusive. I have zero desire to stop at Targets and Walmarts for figures and I can’t ever seem to find the recent exclusives online.
They should make the version when kyle had all them rings at once.

Still the best GL costume in my opinion. Same as you, Raynor was GL when I really got into the books. Nice to have a second figure in this costume after the Total Justice version😅(which is still one of my favorite figures)
I saw these two figures in store and Kyle’s face sculpt is too weird for me. I can’t put my finger on it, but something about It almost reminds me of leatherface from the slasher movie. I just can’t unsee it

He’s being sent to stores in a red shipper standee. Check the beginning of aisles, all aisles in the toy section, even Barbie. It’s stacked 6 deep each with 4 diff figures in the shipper. Best of luck.
Always bugged me a bit that they didnt do with Kyle what they did with hal and John. But I will say that out of all the multiverse figures I have. Kyle is the one I always find myself wanting to play around with.

I think I see your point because being a Green Lantern is cool while trying not to die from Sinestro or Atrocitous in a battle for both humanity and the Green Lantern Corp.

Looks like Kyle face has some shading for facial hair. Everything's a gold label ha ha The best gold label was Hazmat suit Batman because he really had dry brushing and a neat chest light gimmick.

I'm grateful to Mcfarlane for making 90s Kyle--but WHY did they add all those details to the gauntlets and boots?! Had they just left them smooth this would have been perfect.
I really like Deathstroke but I will pass on this figure because I do have the newest one and seeing that this figure was a repaint with a cape I see no reason to buy it since I as well like the classic look of Deathstroke.
will mcfarlane ever not do the diaper on the figures that don’t wear trunks? surely they can do a pants sculpt
Not a fan of the green they chose for Kyle Rayner (should be the same as the other GLs... unless that's McF Toys way of saying Kyle is "different", 'cause he wasn't part of the Corps). Also, I wish they had given him some mecha-inspired constructs, there's nothing wrong with that samurai and katana, but when I think Kyle Rayner, I think of comic/anime/videogame inspired constructs.
Totally, I've never seen an anime character use a katana 🙄
I know why McFarlane puts out these trash figures based on weak storylines, its done to get customers to buy the crap first releases then later will put out the classic, true costumes..get you to buy multiple times :(
Deathstroke needs his classic suit & so does Wonder Woman ..no more silly suits !!!

@@ToyShiz That’s hard to answer, it depends on what era you prefer best.
The Neal Adams style Blue & Gray is my favorite, need a solid version of that suit.
Obviously McFarlane keeps putting out a ton of Batman figs & will continue with few or any ever being spot on accurate.
The scaling is awful too so I cherry pick Todd’s figs, they are affordable at least.
@@traviswilcox3472 I agree, the blue is def my ideal look for Batman now. Buts it’s fluctuated over the years. Scale is def an issue they need to work on.
