I think you’re confusing it with the movie, Idle Hands. Stoner kid got his hand possessed by a satanic serial killer and it somehow dragged his body around and killed his parents while he was sleeping. The movie was just terrible and I only watched cuz it had young Jessica Alba in a bra.

There was this one with conjoined twin brothers. One was a killer the other was stuck to him and because of the fact that one WASN'T a killer then they couldn't arrest the guy (the evil brother always got the other brother drunk and out of it) but then the other brother got the evil brother drunk and got them surgery to separate each other so evil brother went to jail (from Tales from the Crypt)
Gave me a nostalgia, its a Telugu film(southern part of India) and i went to this with my bestfrnd skipping a semester exam, one of the good experience of my life.

Sabyasachi is a sanskrit word. Another name of Prince Arjuna - the hero of Epic Mahabharata. Arjuna was skilled with both hands. In mahabharata - when Dronacharya asks for right thumb of eklvya, arjuna is worried. And he thinks he needs to learn shooting from left hand too. Drona doesn't teach him. Arjuna practices alone to be ambidextrous.
The same way Arjuna is amazed to think that his hand knows where to go while eating. He then again practices by using songs.

FYI the movie's name is "Savyasachi" a Sanskrit name which means someone who can use both hands equally. We can all ambidextrous but it means he can use both hands for writing but still, all ambidextrous people will have a hand dominating other.. but savyasachi implies someone who has both hands dominating and can simultaneously do tasks independently. Kind of like someone who can write an article about current affairs in English with right and can draw a portrait with left... and also can change the hands randomly without a glitch...
This is name of Warrior Arjuna of Mahabharata.. given to him as he achieved this state through practise as he thought he was the reason for what had happened to eaklavya and he wanted to be better than eaklavya even if eaklavya hadn't met with that incident.

that is the one thing you have to consider when watching south indian movies....every other random joe has unexplained superpowers when they are either the protagonist or the antagonist....otherwise they are very entertaining to watch
Both we the audience and directors asuumed that the protagonist is a Hero and he can do anything to fight with the villain, leading to a particular art style of fighting which is entertaining to watch
