Jon you are so polite and seem down to earth! That's what I really like in people and you always have a positive attitude
The style of this vlog was a lot different than usual... I really liked it. Sometimes that background music playing over chat can work but I think it's tricky to get the balance right. Jon you really should find a way to keep Benji involved in the vlog. He's comes across well on camera and somehow either he or you two together are injecting a little more heart into the story telling.. if that makes any sense!

I watch like every vlog, almost every day but since Marcus left the vlog is different. I loved the fact that Marcus was like a best friend of you that filmed and made the vlog aswell. With the new camera guys it's more like they're your employees and I think it's in the disadvantage of the vlog!

I think going back to the Leica is a fantastic idea. I was re-watching the vlogs from the summer in Marbella, and the quality of the Leica shots were just superb.
My suggestion: get a faster lens for the Sony (24/f1.8 perhaps?), and grade the Sony/RED footage to look more like the graded Leica look you had (high contrast, raised blacks, vibrant colors).

Robho i think Marcus used to ask the right questions etc. to make the vlog even more interesting. I just watched the Marbella vlogs from last Summer and i think i like the "Style" of the old vlogs better! More interactions, talking and less slowmotion and music. Still a huge fan though!

yeah he made us feel like we were hanging out with them instead of watching them. Marcus put out a vid though on his IG. It's amazing and even better than before, the reason why he is better off on his own.
Robho yea his energy and charisma are unmatched. Some people just have that IT factor on camera.
Hey Team Overkill. Loving the Vlogs. Thought I'd chuck in my 2 cent, Andreas' edits are awesome and bring a different dimension. However I have actually been appreciating Benjamin's presence as I currently feel his appearances in the Vlog show more personality and seems more like a natural fit into Team Overkill. Anyway keep up the amazing work... always looking forward to the next Vlog!

Jon! You should use the Leica SL/Q for most of the day and the Sony A7sII when its dark outside, and then use the RED whenever you have time. Love your vlogs! Keep it up!!

Jon, you should go back to Leica all the way! Somehow the footage looks just more pleasing. Another tip for you ultimate quality: Shoot and edit in 1080p, then upscale to 4K before uploading. This increases the quality like a ton because of a higher data rate, even when watching it in 1080p (4k Upscale and 4k native footage shows no difference whatsoever, because of compression). Keep up the good work!

Hi Jon :) First of all thanks for a great vlog! I have mentioned it before, but I thought I'd mention it again. I have suggestion for you when you get tired of vlogging. You are great in front of the camera, you are fond of traveling, you are happy and likeable, you are fond of adventures, you are creative, you like photographing and filming and so on... What about making TV. You could travel around the world with a some of your friends and make a travel program/series with focus on different themes (sport, nature, culture, filming, photgraphing, adventures + + ). I think you belong in front of the camera and I think you would do a great job :) Have a nice day :)
I agree Jon, let's give the Leica another try. The color is just so beautiful! Also, I really liked the music in this Vlog, not always the same pop-house tracks but something a little different. A nice change of pace. The only thing bothering me right now is the high amount of jump-cuts in conversation shots, but that's just my opinion.
Those first shots looks a lot like how the Sherlock series where filmed/edited. Really nice that is!
