- I have never claimed to throw huge whips. But people often ask how to whip. This is how I personally whip this particular jump. You may do it differently and that's fine. That's why this video is called how I whip.

So Deeo or whoever is willing to help me, please do. I tried throwing a whip the other day, and I thought the bike cane back on its own, and It didn't, so I ate shit. Do I need to add pressure on my leg to bring the bike back, or did I do something wrong?
Unless you're getting super sideways (which I don't so I can't help there), giving it gas and turning the bars back should straighten the bike back out.

How do. You bring it back tho. Thats my problem
A rally easy way is to just grab a load of gas when you get sideways. The back wheel spinning will rotate it and set the gyros in motion and will straighten the bike naturally, but if you are throwing the whip to the left(back tire) then just try to use your left calf pull it back while turning your front fender in the opposite direction so it will go back. Hope that helps

@ReturnOfDeeO When you leaning the bike over at the lip of the jump to execute the whip, do you lift on the handlebars?

I do it by doing that and putting my inside foot on the outside of the peg and then standing up

Marten #61 it depends on how strong you are. If you are pretty strong you first have to get comfortable with throwing the bike around. I ride an 85 too

how bad is it if you land sideways
It's not good. If you are about to land sideways, keep the throttle pinned to try and snap the rear back straight when you hit the ground.

if you do it correct the whole thing will flow and return by its self unless ur getting really whipped out or scrubbing u can use the steering lock to bring it back, that's where ur lock angle is important, but if u are beginning, the hard bit is being committed enough to believe u will make it
