I always liked Jim and Jessie from way back. But really really took more interest when my high school mate and good fiddling friend ( Jim Brock) played with them. Jim Brock was married to my wife's highschool mate.
What a great treat to come upon! These guys were phenomenal. Jimmie Campbell looked so young.
You could recognise Alan Shelton's Banjo playing with your eyes shut. Wonderful.
He played the best version of beer barrel polka!! Roy Clark and Buck Trent did great but Allen Shelton with Jim and Jesse was about the best!!
