Please check your encoder and speed feedback. When it trips that time please check speed of equipments. What is speed, may at maximum speed, it's trip. You can check also by bypass encoder.
This is related to field current issue , please to be observe field current during load and high speed .That means field weakening ,it is match with motor name plate or not. Please see the parameters of field 44 . If problem not resolve than you can field tunning also . I think problem will be resolve.
sir can you solve ABB DCS550 drive when i start without load dc motor (90kw, armature 225 A, FIELD 6.78A ) , remote mode and i observe field current taking 10A, and check voltage 375vdc, ,armature load 2.3 ampere motor is not run after few second f541 fault show in bop panel and if i change parameter 9012 not use and 2118 on run local mode motor runt but if increase speed 50 rpm above motor trip
Keep current limit 50% then 100% Keep stand by field 25% ,50%,75% and 100% Keep drive in local mode and operate operating panel locally .Start speed from slow like 10,20,40,50 and increase check to all current is ok or not. If not resolve then please auto tune to motor ,note down before and after 24,43 ,44. Important parameters is 24,43,44,99

Drive on karte hi trip ho raha hai ya thori der baad trip ho raha hai?
Agar turnt trip ho raha ho to cable check karo or agar thori der baad trip ho raha ho to feedback ka problem ho sakta hai.
