The front end in particular, with new radiator grilles and bumpers, expresses the dynamism of the four-door coupé even more strongly. As a coupé, the CLS, together with all roadsters and cabriolets, belongs to the category of dream cars at Mercedes-Benz. To date, more than four million examples have been sold to customers all over the world, including more than 450,000 CLS models since the launch of the first generation in 2004. China was the largest sales market for the CLS Coupé in 2020, followed by South Korea, the USA and Germany. The reason most frequently cited by customers for buying the CLS is its design: Sportiness is the true luxury in this customer segment.

It’s equipped with a 435 hp 6 cylinder inline engine which produces 520Nm of torque SPEEDSHIFT MCT 9-speed sports transmission and all-wheel drive.
Mercedes Benz AMG 2021 CLS53 0-100 km/h (62mph) can be reached in 4.5 seconds!
The top speed VMAX is electronically limited to 250 km/h (155mph)

@@diablocls55 I’ve had all the monster V8’s except the V12. My favorite was the 6.3L The last 999 units E63S and 500 units C63S are around the corner so grab one before they are gone forever ✌️
I like the facelift CLS a lot and I love the new paint colors too. I actually just bought a 2018 C63 sedan and I’m absolutely in love with it!

100% prefer better sound over faster car. I spent 6k upgrading my X3 m40i exhaust and love it (fi exhaust catback + 400 cell downpipe) Changed the driving experience completely

Personally, I like this Inline six in the E53. It's a bit of a sleeper car in the E53. It's not the big beast V8, but, it can hold its own and it is a lot of fun to drive in sport plus! It does sounds good. Now, drop a Renntech stage II turbo upgrade into it!
Definitely need to replace the plastic around the exhaust with black chrome
Probably my last Mercedes after 25 years of loyalty. I bought the 2019 CLS 53 and just under two year a facelift that changes the whole interior. what a way to depreciate a car value. There is absolute zero brand loyalty left in Mercedes.

@@V8V88 I currently have the S coupe 63. Wanted a mid engine as a second car. I disagree that it is a fake AMG. This car is AMG through and through. AMG isn’t all about big engines and roaring exhaust anymore. They shifted to performance and technology. There’s very little room for 600/65s anymore and AMG lees day gave up so many of those variants. They also downsized all of their V8 engines to smaller engines.
These bangs are what I just have to do with every ride. 🤣🤣

The new CLS lacks presence its unrecognizeble it is sharing the same style with the cheaper models like C/A/CLA is not what this car was all about in the past, it used to be unique, just like the S.

The panamericana grille aftermarket part for CLS 53 has been around for many years and it got center camera hole.
I guess they are trying to separate the new part from those aftermarket parts and be like 'hey you can't retrofit the new genuine part into the older model and the genuine part looks nothing like the aftermarket part!'.
Funny enough, it ends up looking like an aftermarket part like you said 🤣

looks like a tighter package.. more like a M3 or M5 with a better engine. the rear end is sexy. the front needs a tad bit of work. the interior is very nice

@@DanDan-pk6tx From what I know...the top of the line mercedes cars don't have much of a problem..but others do...like if you watch the reviews, except for the GLS or the s class..the reviewers do often complain about it not being very much robust
Also there is a channel named 'Build quality test' where he checks the build quality of cars by pressing against the panels...he is an American guy and while the quality of mercedes is significantly better in Europe.. it doesn't do really well in that channel... according to his channel..Audi does it the best.
Also after watching his videos I am sorry if your love for Mercedes declines because it is indeed horrible :(

That’s a though one! I would definitely go for the GT53 with 63 front package. Amazing sound, good daily usage with nice consumption figures👌🏼

My new E53 Coupe is very quiet, no pops & bangs at all. But maybe that’s because ‚breaking in the engine’ (only 700km run). Idk, I’m a little bit dissapointed. :/

Question, why u even botter release the parking brake it is 2022 all cars are with electric ones in my AMG whenevr i put P it engage automatically park brake and when I put it into drive and touch the acceleration pedal it release it.

It's a wonderful car there is no doubt about it, but yet i don't get why they didn't go all the way i mean, why the headlights and rearlights are the same as the pre-facelift come on, why this more "exclusive" model didn't got the digital light while the lesser C-Class got it, it's literally the last CLS generation, they should've put more effort to finish it up more properly.
Kinda agree with you I don’t even see this as a real Facelift - just a small Make over as the Head- and Taillights are still the same 🙌🏼

@@arim850 they've raised the price of the new CLA. The starting price is much higher now, ours was $52,000 with all options. They start ar $38,000 US now
