That's the only way hunter can beat him it happened on the first lap they waited to the last lap to say anything that way a penalty wouldn't help hunter

Considering the call here the officials might want to look at the 4x4 pro race.

Why is it that every time it's happened before a 30 sec. Pull over it happened on the first lap did he wate to the last lap to say anything about it
The rules say, the penalty is to be inforced at the end of the race.
