Cliff Diving on Shipwreck Beach, Poipu - Kauai. Hyatt sits in this bay & Point of Poipu by Diamond

It's an easy trail up to jump the cliff! I do not recommend this 40 foot drop as many have hurt spin and had injuries. Expert level!!!!
Low tide its 40 feet. High tide its 35 feet.
I have never seen so many women jump the cliff. It's a very unusual scene.
Summer months is Poipu's big surf, up to 12 feet.
Today was 5 foot waves.
It's a long swim in and you're in the surf spot. I suggest jumping, if you must, when waves are 1 to 2.
