My cockatoo came from an abusive home. She bit everyone within 5 feet, she'd bull rush and it'd be all talons and beak. She broke fingers. She instantly loved me. Grooming, whispering in my ear, rubbing her head on me. Only words she knew was "Hello! Goodbye! Rock n Roll! Asshole! Dirty Birdy!"" My mom cooked with Teflon one day not knowing you can't around birds. She died. Screaming loudly, we thought she was having a heart attack. She was talking to. Last words were "GOODBYE ASSSHOOOOLE!" Not funny at the time, but it is now. Kinda tear up thinking about her.

kamalei 1111 Well the horrible threes ... are going .... yeah not good lol. It's been crazy. He will be an angel all day. Then out of nowhere I'll be petting his head and then SNAP. There goes a finger. Well almost. Since I've stopped taking the same kind of videos I used to take of him interacting with me close up, I've been able to keep the same phone. Most days I cant even let him see it or he will fly across the room and attack. I always have a handy towel on me for extra bad days. I look forward to outings with him because hes the old Onni during those times.
