Ash, In answer to the question you asked about healers in early game, I use Thenasil of High Elves. He heals 25% (50% with books and mastery) and adds +50% (70% booked) to defence -both on his A2. He also can hit decently on A1 and AOE A3 attack which also reduces enemy buffs. Oh and an aura too. A really good all-rounder.
I was stuck on the Scarab King for a week, and could not get past him. I was trying to use Royal Guard for my Enemy Max HP, but he was the negative affinity. I just don't have the gear to power past it. However, I swapped my gear on Royal Guard to Armiger and finally beat Scarab. Armiger got me past a boss that Royal Guard could not. Coldheart didn't work well in my scarab team, but mine isn't optimized nearly as well as yours. I swapped her out for Sandlashed Survivor. The buff extending shields and the ally protect helped my team a ton. It's cool that Doom Tower is making me look through a variety of champions to complete the levels.

Armiger is one of the easiest power boosts to my account I have had. I found him in your vids when I was thinking about what champ to make my first 60 Spirit type (I'm almost only Magic lol). Wait, Ash! Does turn meter reduction make sense on counterattack? The turn meter on the attacker is always zero (except team-up attacks), nothing to decrease.
CA wont' help with TM but it's good against Scarab because CAs are free hits that won't proc his abilities. While I'm training up a metalshaper and re-collecting destroy hear I've manualed my way through all the normal scarabs with MM (tiny 1 turn shield), and Martyr - couldn't have done it with out the CA.
It took me 4 months to finally get an apothecary (FTP) and it took me (my rng was terrible) around 8 to 9 thousand energy to finally farm a war maiden. During my very early game, I used valerie (farmable) as my support and healing champion. Tbh valerie wasn't bad, I appreciated the shield and heal combo that worked well with a two-set divine life (farmable as an Arena reward) and a shield set. It worked out pretty well. Because I've been FTP I haven't been drawing a lot of ancient shards, so just recently (about a week after apothecary) I got lucky and pulled a reliquary tender. For the earlier 2 months, it was just my Athel in regeneration set (I didn't have support besides Valerie,so when pushing campaign {2 champions} and the affenity was bad, I had to run Shaman and Athel, meaning Athel didn't have any support besides occasional revival) , and Shaman in lifesteal. It's always interesting when people say like they are expecting to pull Apothecary or Reliquary Tender. I find it funny that my rng is that bad that it takes me months to get one war maiden, and I had to rely on regeneration set for my Athel's support. Lol, anyone else have terrible luck?
【Sunglasses Finnish Pirates】Oh Armiger... i used him as food even if he was good but i did not realize how good he really was... then i saw him in market and i purchased him... then i saw him the second time on the market but had everything full, so i thought i would just train couple 2 stars but as i had never leveled food also as i am pretty noob lvk 55 i completely forgot... that is still irritating me and now i see this video. That's a rare skill book in market unpurchased, oh how mistakes in Raid annoy you for a long time as this was yesterday, Actually this video made me feel better as you explained that i could build multiple Armigers, won't hurt as much since would have used that Armiger on the market for as a skill book food :S

Sorry for double posting, i was complaining how i missed Armiger on the shop as i would have just used him as a skill book for the 1. St Armiger but had champs full, tried to level em & level food for first time and i forgot to buy Armiger. I am happy to say i got the second Armiger today, and as for your advice i saw a Raid Tuber with 2x Armiger 6 star acended so i am really in a happy mood now even if i lost the one chance to get Armiger from the market. Watchout the Market, Armiger might appear people!
I'm a low spender but have managed to pull supports: Apothecary, Zelotah (he was my first blue shard pull so he is a specul boi!), Reliquary Tender, Golden Reaper, Psylar and Gorgorab. Also got Draconis. Just pulled my first leggo too - Tyrant Ix. Just lacking damage! :D And gear! And everything else. Time mostly. We have a tiny guild of 3 people - me, hubby and our oldest daughter :3 Some random dude joined for a second - killed the CB on easy for us and left. Thanks random dude! You were gone before we even for online again.
Just a thought, relative to the Retribution mastery: Won't the enemy Armiger counterattacks already have their turn meter depleted because they just attacked?
Have had about a dozen metalshapers and who knows how many elite destroy pieces...... Several months ago. But they were the casuality of limited space plus useless gear and units. Then scarab comes along and I suddenly realize I have none of them anymore. Yay.
Great content! Big help for a beginner/mid game like myself. I have a lot of these champs and thus don’t have much food to level. Just gotta grind up the greens I guess
I like Mausoleum cause he can remove all debuffs then heal everyone with 40%of his max HP then 10% more if more then 1 debuffs removed from champion. Plus increases turn meter by 15% also for all allies
@@izzyplusplusplus1004 She's not endgame per se but underrated IMO. Speed aura all battles, small atk down, two heals with good utility, both of which give shields if overcapped. Her base stats are pretty good too. I have her at 40, but will probably rank to 50 for FW and DT
I feel you actually need 2 for the Doom Tower, one max lvl and the other can be 50 as long as you can get 240 accuracy for normal lvl. He's clutch in Scrab, and Nether Spider, not to mention decent in regular spider, ice golem. If you have an Alure then you prob wont need a 2nd one.

I'm just starting with this game and I have a question. Destroyer's set decreases the opponent's MAX HP, therefore wouldn't it gradually reduce the damage of MAX HP based skills too? ... Regards
I don't think Reflex makes sense for Armiger. I think he defaults to his A1 on auto when the turn meter is over 50%, so the reduced cooldowns would often be wasted anyway. It's great on other champs with a single cooldown skill, though, like BEK.
Been playing almost 30 days now (excited about Khatun!). Set up an account for my 7 yr old & he LOVES it! He played for almost 3 hours in first sitting & thought it was like 20-30 minutes. :-)

Why would I put destroy gear on coldhart, I thought the higher max hp, the harder she hits. When lowering the bosses max hp (when he is not healing), she is doing less and less damage

Have one fully built and 2nd one currently at lvl50, managed to 'beat' the Scarab King floor 100 but it took 70 mins and game didn't allow the win...rip! Have to now equip my better one in destroy gear which I have, but need to lvl a few more items to lvl16. I've swapped so much gear trying to beat lvl100 last few days it's ridiculous, the silver shortage is beyond critical for low spend F2P. They need to address this issue soon. To make this lvl work I had also to change masteries such as counter attack otherwise it's an insta fail on scarab if the scarab gets a turn, also other masteries that alter turn order. Another area that Plarium should change 150 gems for changing masteries, should be free, youve farmed or paid for them after all. You should shout this one out @Ash they might hear you!
But if you shrink yourself gonna miss one of my favorite part of an Ash vid, watching you fly yourself around for the right spot :D And All the "corny" stuff is what makes you my favorite raid content creator.. I think my son was around 4 before he really could "game" so sure yours will be grabbing up any controllers you have lying around soon. I suggest the lego games as a starter/gateway. easy for little ones and not too mindnumbingly for grownups, and they usually go on sale dirt cheap on steam. Anywho keep it up Ash!

This is a couple of years old. Was Warpriest not available at the time? The obvious early game healing option, given to you as a campaign reward (I think).
Good Luck on your F2P Ash, i just pulled 500 mystery shard to get second armiger and NONE one. I think they just reduce your chance to get one when doom tower comes and this champs is very usable there to... or maybe its bad luck... I did and booked my 1st armiger just by another amigers two months ago.
Lifesteal on every champs and Zephyr Sniper A2 was just enough for the heals for me (I'm really new to the game). Good video! Nice to see uncommons fitting somewhere.
Can you take a look at Judge? I pulled this guy on my alt and his kit seems interesting for an early-mid game account. His A1 is +damage per debuff on the target. A2 is an all enemiesx2 attack that gains turn meter for each crit. His passive has a chance to place the high level versions of -acc, -atk, -def, and -spd per hit
hi ash, so i am confused by what enemy max hp means. so if the boss,has 35,000hp that means armiger will deal close up to 35,000 damage? max hp means also max life no? that means if armiger get deal that much damage. enemy max hp means his total life points?basically if the boss has no defense, armirger will just one hit one kill? please enlighten me on that..i am new to the game and i have been watching your videos and m also a subscriber. help a brother out. :)
Hey Ash, I think an over looked early game heals is Mother Superior. Build Max HP on her due to her A2 healing target ally by 30% or her HP. Easy to build and viable for a long while.
Hexweaver was my healer for a long time before I pulled Apothecary. Vilespawn?? An uncommon Demon, has heal. Never really built her so I don't know if she's any good with that.
Hi Ash - We just hit a great age for gaming with our kids (6 and 9)-- Mario Kart was a great accessible intro. We broke out the old Wii for this, but the Wii U or Switch would be great if you have one. Also, super mario Bros Wii is fantastic (albeit HARD) to play with the kids.
Ash - have you tried maxing an Elfguard uncommon and put a reflex set on her? She has an A2 with 50% turn meter reduction on a 2 turn CD. It could be super OP??
is accuracy needed for A1? It only sais "if its crit it lowers 30% of the targets turn meter", it doesnt say "you have 50% chance or smth like that to decrease turn meter. I've been wondering about that for a long time now.
Commander if you need an Uncommon healer. Maybe Avir or Mother Superior if Reliquary/Apothecary don't show. You do get Warpriest for free so that's *something*
Can turn meter go negative? Cause if Armigers RETRIBUTION activates, the enemy who attacked him will have an empty turn meter bar, so you only get the extra dmg if it can't.
Consider Valerie for your early FTP support. A2 Increase attack A3 Shield and small AOE heal based on buffs on target (always at least one due to shield), farmable from campaign 1.
but how does retribution help? i understand it gives a chance to counterattack with this turn meter depletion but if he's being attacked the enemy turn meter is already at 0 so......
are you sure the turn metre by 30 percent is not only on armiger cause like you said hes only 2 turn meter champion ... i dont see where it says the decrease on the turn meter is on all ally not only on amiger

Explain retribution on Armiger please? If he loses health that means he was just attacked, meaning a counter attack (yes damages) but a reduction of turn meter is insignificant right?

For an early healer you use Life steal/speed gear on literally everyone. Farm the Life steal and Speed BOSS in Brutal campaign for leveling! NOT 12-3! Until you can farm level 6 gear off Dragon. The Campaign bosses can drop 5 star BLUE gear and it is ALL the gear you want, not 1 in 8 like dragon. That is huge for a new FTP account!!! I still have some of the pieces I farmed there on champs here and there. Also it is support tree on Armiger. You will understand when you have 10 acc from great hall and no banners at all on your FTP and not 80. :)

on some champs it does. because they get a turnmeter boost for crits or something like that.
I agree makes little sense ...i would rather go evil eye for extra 20% turn meter reduction on first a1 really makes a difference

Why would counterattack help? If he's counterattacking, it means the turn meter of the opponent is empty, nothing to reduce.
Maybe the mastery for Counter on ally stun or freeze (Deterrence) is better, then when you freeze yourself on spider you can counter :D
well i guess its just a little more damage then other stuff anyway dunno tho tbh :D

The real way to do this is not use dark el Elhain or armiger. You use metal shaper in a destroy set.

One good thing about the destroy set, when the ads revive their hp is reduced. Which means they're easier to kill the next time.

Leveling up my second one right now. Oh and for early healer go with Zephyr Sniper or War Priest.

Commander is your early game healer. With the three turn cool down is very effective in early and mid game
Warpriest from 1-7. You get a Rare healer on your 7th fight.

How does turn meter reduction on a counter attack help? Aren’t they on Zero turn meter since they just attached you? What am I missing? Thx

Also he doesn't need accuracy as he decreases, not "has a chance to decrease".
@@MsMoople you always need accuracy to land debuffs except those skills that say "cannot be resisted" on the skill description.

Have one fully built and 2nd one currently at lvl50, managed to 'beat' the Scarab King floor 100 but it took 70 mins and game didn't allow the win...rip! Have to now equip my better one in destroy gear which I have, but need to lvl a few more items to lvl16. I've swapped so much gear trying to beat lvl100 last few days it's ridiculous, the silver shortage is beyond critical for low spend F2P. They need to address this issue soon.
To make this lvl work I had also to change masteries such as counter attack otherwise it's an insta fail on scarab if the scarab gets a turn, also other masteries that alter turn order. Another area that Plarium should change 150 gems for changing masteries, should be free, youve farmed or paid for them after all. You should shout this one out @Ash they might hear you!
But if you shrink yourself gonna miss one of my favorite part of an Ash vid, watching you fly yourself around for the right spot :D And All the "corny" stuff is what makes you my favorite raid content creator.. I think my son was around 4 before he really could "game" so sure yours will be grabbing up any controllers you have lying around soon. I suggest the lego games as a starter/gateway. easy for little ones and not too mindnumbingly for grownups, and they usually go on sale dirt cheap on steam. Anywho keep it up Ash!

I used Blind Seer (60) and Zelotah (40) to rotate shields on Scarab King - worked pretty well with CH in destroy to bust through that MxHP shield
This is a couple of years old. Was Warpriest not available at the time? The obvious early game healing option, given to you as a campaign reward (I think).

Good Luck on your F2P Ash, i just pulled 500 mystery shard to get second armiger and NONE one. I think they just reduce your chance to get one when doom tower comes and this champs is very usable there to... or maybe its bad luck... I did and booked my 1st armiger just by another amigers two months ago.
I finally got Draconis can't wait to try him out on Scarab. Really need to build up my new Armiger. I keep ending up using the ones I get for food.

Can you take a look at Judge? I pulled this guy on my alt and his kit seems interesting for an early-mid game account. His A1 is +damage per debuff on the target. A2 is an all enemiesx2 attack that gains turn meter for each crit. His passive has a chance to place the high level versions of -acc, -atk, -def, and -spd per hit
Commander is a decent support champ to use before Apothecary or RT
So retribution on Armiger, if he is counter attacking the person who just attacked him, wouldn't their TM already be at 0%?

hi ash, so i am confused by what enemy max hp means. so if the boss,has 35,000hp that means armiger will deal close up to 35,000 damage? max hp means also max life no? that means if armiger get deal that much damage. enemy max hp means his total life points?basically if the boss has no defense, armirger will just one hit one kill? please enlighten me on that..i am new to the game and i have been watching your videos and m also a subscriber. help a brother out. :)
Hey Ash, I think an over looked early game heals is Mother Superior. Build Max HP on her due to her A2 healing target ally by 30% or her HP. Easy to build and viable for a long while.
Counter attack with turn meter down? Wouldn’t the effect hit someone with an empty turn meter?

Hi Ash - We just hit a great age for gaming with our kids (6 and 9)-- Mario Kart was a great accessible intro. We broke out the old Wii for this, but the Wii U or Switch would be great if you have one. Also, super mario Bros Wii is fantastic (albeit HARD) to play with the kids.
Ash - have you tried maxing an Elfguard uncommon and put a reflex set on her? She has an A2 with 50% turn meter reduction on a 2 turn CD. It could be super OP??
is accuracy needed for A1? It only sais "if its crit it lowers 30% of the targets turn meter", it doesnt say "you have 50% chance or smth like that to decrease turn meter. I've been wondering about that for a long time now.

Commander if you need an Uncommon healer. Maybe Avir or Mother Superior if Reliquary/Apothecary don't show. You do get Warpriest for free so that's *something*

Can turn meter go negative? Cause if Armigers RETRIBUTION activates, the enemy who attacked him will have an empty turn meter bar, so you only get the extra dmg if it can't.

Consider Valerie for your early FTP support. A2 Increase attack A3 Shield and small AOE heal based on buffs on target (always at least one due to shield), farmable from campaign 1.

but how does retribution help? i understand it gives a chance to counterattack with this turn meter depletion but if he's being attacked the enemy turn meter is already at 0 so......
are you sure the turn metre by 30 percent is not only on armiger cause like you said hes only 2 turn meter champion ... i dont see where it says the decrease on the turn meter is on all ally not only on amiger
I used warpriest as my healer she has a increase attack aswell her and kael can 3 star campaign all the way to brutal
I think Warpriest is one of the champs everyone gets in the beginning? Her heal is actually not that bad

Kael in lifesteal can solo 3 star brutal at level 50 quite easily

i am using shieldguard maxed out. He can carry your campaign farming effectively.

hi Ash.. first of all thx for the video's. it helped me a lot with this game. I might be not understanding some stuff, but why would you put a decrease enemy max HP on Armiger, while this is just where he gets his high hits from... I thought about it for a couple of minutes but I don't get it :)

Super excited for your F2P because I’m am only 40 days in and loving this game but could really use your new tips that I’m sure you will have by starting over now.. the struggle is real on being frugal lol.
For an early healer you use Life steal/speed gear on literally everyone. Farm the Life steal and Speed BOSS in Brutal campaign for leveling! NOT 12-3! Until you can farm level 6 gear off Dragon. The Campaign bosses can drop 5 star BLUE gear and it is ALL the gear you want, not 1 in 8 like dragon. That is huge for a new FTP account!!! I still have some of the pieces I farmed there on champs here and there. Also it is support tree on Armiger. You will understand when you have 10 acc from great hall and no banners at all on your FTP and not 80. :)
If armagers damage is based of max hp, why does his armour set dexrease it?
What's up Ash? Can you do a vid using the Paragon Armigercheese squad? I think it is 4 Armiger and Paragon. I think I will use 2 paragon and 3 armiger. Let me know if you can do that by leaving 83 for no and 98 for yes. Even if you can't at least I asked.
