California adding mobile driver licenses to smartphones

California Gov. Gavin Newsom announced that residents can soon load their driver's license onto their smartphones, but there's a catch.

The DMV app already has had this for a long time now....get with the times folks.

Colorado already does this along with hunting licenses and fishing licenses and hiking passes. All that tax payer money is going somewhere else if California is barely getting with the program.
