tingin ko patay na yun aso. sana nilagay nila sa kulungan kun ayaw sumama, para madali buhatin. also laziness, if they prepared early, evacuated early, they could save many. And why do you keep coming back on those houses that’s dangerous to flooding. bakit may bahay pa na ganun sa Marikina na inaabot hanggang bubong nang baha ang bahay! nabaha na pla nun Ulysses, the cycle just keeps on repeating.
