Go into practice mode and get used to holding the projectile then dashing out, do it slow at first, then try doing it faster and just keep practicing it

The game DOESN'T let me do two cancels in a combo. One cancel is all I get unless the opponent blocks my canceled string
You specialize in Rain-ing while me in MK11 can't figure out a single combo with Hydro Boost 😭
