Coercion - Decease and Desist

Hailing from the San Francisco Bay Area, COERCION is a heavy and hard driving rock band with 4 decades of musical influences ranging from Black Sabbath, Metallica and Killing Joke to punk rock icons TSOL, Agent Orange and Bad Religion. Originally formed in 1996 by members of the bands Good Riddance, Fury 66, and The Lonely Kings, COERCION reformed in 2016 and released a 4 song E.P. titled “Exit Wounds” in July 2016 on Bird Attack Records.
COERCION is a heavy, driving, angst ridden rock band with punk rock undertones. Powerful, expressive, engaging and relatable to anyone who likes hard edged, intoxicating music. The band features members of Good Riddance, The Lonely Kings, Death By Stereo, Fury 66 and Ghost Parade.
In 2017 the band recruited Jim Miner (Death by Stereo/lead guitar) and Anthony Garay (Ghost Parade/drums) and have just finished recording a 7 song E.P. titled “Veritas” due out November 23rd, 2018 on Bird Attack Records.
