Something is very fishy about the plaintiff, he says it is a 'show' car, yet knowing he was entering it into a show, didn't have it repaired and then apparently won the show anyway, why wouldn't he have repaired it? And how did he win a show with a damaged car. And who does an automated car wash for entering a show, when those things never quite clean all the nooks and crannies, he would have had it completely detailed by a proper service OR done it himself. AND if he was supposed to put it in neutral but left it in park, then what we saw when the car jumped in the air, could have resulted in the bumper part being displaced, which makes it his entire fault...

DID anyone see the car rear end jump and and then go back down? Roughly? Yikes
Those brushes scratch the car I don’t care what anyone says
i'm at car shows every week for 4-5 months every year for over 30 years.. i have a 66 ford a 49studebaker and a 51 pontiac cheiftan..that camaro would never be let into any proper car show.he would be guided to the parking lot with the rest of the plastic garbage that's produced today..if i'm not mistaken 2010 was the first year for the camaro to come back into production and was only available with a v-6. it may be different in the u.s but it was not a high performance muscle car at all...camaro's fastest car since the rebirth of the camaro is a slug.. they weigh over 5,000 lbs.. my 66 ford with 400 hp has and does smoke everything chevy has put into the camaro..REGULARLY!! my car weighs 2700 lbs..btw that vw van is probably worth more than his camaro.
what show car owner uses a car wash?
they hand wash their cars cos the car is their baby
I'm annoyed she doesn't know how car washes function. There is no proof that brush got stuck the owner is right the guy was flowing with the brush non stop.
Right, sometimes she acts like she has no common sense lol
Here for the comments section lololol
Dude goes to car shows.. He doesn't drive the car alot.. He takes care of it.. So He probably looks at that car all the time so I think he would've noticed before damage. This could've gone either way imo
I worked for a car dealer the people who take pictures take them so you can't see aney scratches
That type of car should be wash by hand not machine
close cases are as good as crack. omg.
The car was more than a decade old. The carwash is innocent here.
The car was 5 years old.
YOU HAVE A FUCKING AHIW CAR AND TAKE IT TO A GENERIC CAR WAS
I believe the plaintiff and feel for him. Karma will get the defendant.

Missed it by a minute.
You're second
You guys kill me with this🤣🤣🤣
darn it lmao
Horrible ruling by Milian. The plantiffs vehicle was damaged at the car wash. Theres no question about that. How she ruled in favor of the defendant is preposterous. But after all this is Milian
Where are you seeing the car be damaged because you're the only one in the comments who believes it was damaged at the car wash
What do you mean by "after all she is Milian?" You with your sexist comments Adrian 🙄 There was absolutely no proof that his car was damaged, by the Car Wash
Bad comment. Car washes are not responsible for damages(hence the sign). Plaintiff could not meet his burden of proof. Try thinking about the law. Not your personal biases.
🤔.... 🧐.....smh
Alyssa many of you folks are absent any logical common sense. The plantiff wouldn't go through all of this unless his vehicle was damaged at this car wash, especially a bumper being completely ripped off. Good lord you people don't think. Geez
