Deku-
Deku didn’t go to U.A which means he’s quirk-less. But he’s also known to be the 2nd strongest villain (All for one in 1st) because of the fact that he’s quirk-less but was able to escape from the police 12+ times for committing a few unthinkable crimes .
He uses;
technology, inventions & poison he makes by himself.

Bakugo-
He also didn’t go to U.A. After getting attacked by the sludge villain in middle school , Bakugo was pronounced dead cause, the backup pro heroes came to the scene late. But turns out he’s alive, so he escaped the hospital, grew hate for the heroes (especially all might for not being there to save him) and became a villain.

Todoroki-
He also, also didn’t go to U.A and doesn’t use both his quirks (he hates both his parents and I think you already know why and yes, also Rei.) he uses guns such as, snipers, rifles and shotguns etc. To fight, and unlike Deku and Bakugo he’s apart of the LOV since his brother is there, but that doesn’t mean he likes his brother. He hates him for running away years ago.
