ive come to make this this evening,mine are breakinh apart in the ojl.not sure where ive gone wrong.
i put the daal in blender and came like vread crumbs looking at your mixture in comparison i added abit water to make it stick together as it wasnt combining the rest of ingrediant i hope this was the case haha for adding water to the mixture.😢was looking forward t eating this lol.

p.s i also pre boiled the lentil t make soft as i cudnt understand creole i kind of used my imajineation id have t boil t soften. do i need to jus leave in cold water t soak for several hours or overnigbt and jus blend once drained and add rest of ingrediant and fry
