I used to trust Gupta ji and based on his moto fusion 50 review, purchased it.. My Phone fall from less than half feet height and screen got cracked.. As most of who are reading this comment, i also thought issue might be specific to my phone or phone falling condition but when i checked on RUclips, many other consumers were facing same issue where phone screen got crack from less than 1feet height drop.. while it took drop from 12 feets to get the crack in gupta ji review.. Not sure how his unit can be so durable..

The title is quite misleading. Service centre experience varies from region to region. So just because YOUR experience was bad at a particular motorola service centre, doesn't necessarily mean that the issue is widespread all across the country

Damn that's a durable ass phone. Wish they used the same glass on the 50 Pro but according to your video on it (Great video btw) it's a much weaker glass that also scratches way more easily
I had a terrible experience with the "best possible glass" namely Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on OnePlus 12 which I bought in February after launching in EU. Now there's a few thin visible scratches on it because I had it in a bag with something probably metal scratching it. Never ever Victus💩 again for me! My second phone is still the excellent Xiaomi 12 Lite with supposedly worse glass Gorilla Glass 5 but after over a year usage without screen protector it's still scratch free. Therefore I suggest not Victus but something else instead. I will sell my OP12 very disappointed with the huge weight also. and Xiaomi/POCO phones optimizations are light-years ahead of the simple boring Oxygen OS. But I also like Motorola phones with vegan leather finish, or red/pink suede on new Edge 50 Fusion which also has really great main camera and it's worth every penny it costs 👍.

I am from Lucknow I bought G54 it had an issue i COntacted moto within two days of purchase they refused to provide home pickup and they too 15-18 days to replace wo bhi tb jb maine Consumer FOrum ki Dhamki di same service center se Aur unhone ne CAmera FAULT KO FEATURE tk Bta diya tha at one point
i have a Moto G84 5G, it had some issue with camera lens... i went to the service center and they fixed it in 2 days... but the finishing was not that good tbh
I have also bad experience of Motorola service centre in Ahmedabad firstly hard to find and secondly solution not resolved. This is software issue in Moto G series mobile for FRP lock they have no solution in the year 2016 or 2017.
This is insane! I think this is the phisically best Motorola phone ever which you personally tortured (excluding easy scratch prone back for the vegan leather version). Tons of users are experiencing problems with Moto devices (G84, Edge 40 neo) in WhatsApp and other apps where the messages don't go through and don't receive too. It's been more than 8 months and even after 3 updates the issue is still there. Plus the camera lens coating got peeled off resulting in blurry pictures.
I am also having whatsapp problem with wifi. Sometimes don't receive calls and messages when phone is connected with wifi. It doesn't happens when using cellular data. Other problem I am facing is overheating after updating to android 14.

I also have bad experience with Motorola service center I was facing problem my handset was freeze not loading only showing Motorola logo so I gave my handset to service center and they took 45 days to say we don't have parts we are sending your handset to head office, I filled Grievance against Motorola after that they took action on my case and gave me replacement of that handset. I would like to say thank you to national consumer helpline to help me out of the problem.

My moto edge 50 fusion battery percentage is dropping to 92% from 100% in 5-10 seconds after removing from the charging. After charging immediately to 100% the battery percentage remains stable. Is it a bug or battery issue?

Sir you are absolutely right, Moto edge 50 fusion is not waterproof, this ip68 is just for show because the day I purchased the phone, I did a liquid test on the same day and there is a fingerprint sensor inside the phone Once the issue was raised, the service center was told that a charge will be levied or there was no proper finishing at all. I did not like Moto's service experience at all As for the rest of the pricing, this smartphone is very good
If you to use smartphone for long period of time then try to skip poco phones but if you want perfomance then go for poco but poco is not for long term like 4-5 years poco is only for 2-2.5 years max according to your use case.

Motorola has good service in Chennai Ambattur , my Moto g54 got camera lens coating issue they took my phone and changed it in 24 hrs and gave my phone back , smile solution i had great experience their , then i bought new 50 fusion. Yes service centre differ from place to place.

I Own a Moto edge 40 I Gave it to service as the back Cover ( Leather) was coming out in WARRANTY. So they Serviced it and gave me back . When they gave me back My Camera Lens had a Major Crack due to which I was not able to take photo. So I went back to service station and they Serviced it. After servicing because of their fault camera clarity is good but if I even record in a silent Environment still there is a SHARP SOUND AND CAMERA LENS IS SHAKING. NOW MY PHONE IS OUT OF WARRANTY. I bought Motorola edge 50 ultra from Flipkart on 29 July it delivered on 31july it was an open box delivery though the box was slightly damaged and Motorola seal was not there Flipkarts own seal was there so I had a doubt straight on but still it was with exchange for my old device so it was worth it and later on I checked also it was not activated and was a fresh Device, after just one day of heavy usage the camera started fogging up so I had to submit it to the service center they said it will take 15 days and a new fresh unit will be given to you so pathetic experience even after buying a smartphone worth 50 k flagship level. Inconvenience straight on. Shame on Motorola
Why no one does a test were a touch can work under rain or when there is water on the screen every phone must go through this test given the practicality

Bhaiya...my Moto edge 50 fusion doesn't support OTG pendrive or any OTG thing. I have contacted MOTOROLA Customer Care , they have suggested me various methods of USB Debugging using developer options but it didn't work . they told me to change the OTG, that too I have done by purchasing new OTG but same OTG pendrive hand HDD is working fine on my other phone. Lastly they told me that one representative will visit but they didn't come and suggested me to go to Customer care service centre.The centre is not functional they are saying all the phones we collect and send it CHENNAI and after 10 days it will comeback with response.I don't want to give my phone for 10 Days. Can you please tell me any method to enable USB OTG.

Also slow charging issue, abhi phone service center me diya almost 2 week baad muja service center walo ne call kiya, slow charging issue resolve hogaya, lakin battery🔋drain ka issue resolve nahi kiya. I think in that drop the smartphone first landed on his hand accidentally which must have absorbed the impact probably.

My moto edge 50 fusion battery percentage is dropping to 92% from 100% in 5-10 seconds after removing from the charging. After charging immediately to 100% the battery percentage remains stable. Is it a bug or battery issue?
Bro.. I'm facing high battery drain issues, especially idle drain. I just watched a 1080p RUclips video for nearly 10 mins and the battery dropped from 80% to 76%.
Maybe it's a bug. Try to discharge phone fully and then put it to charge while switch off for 2-3 hours

Sir you are absolutely right, Moto edge 50 fusion is not waterproof, this ip68 is just for show because the day I purchased the phone, I did a liquid test on the same day and there is a fingerprint sensor inside the phone Once the issue was raised, the service center was told that a charge will be levied or there was no proper finishing at all. I did not like Moto's service experience at all As for the rest of the pricing, this smartphone is very good

If you to use smartphone for long period of time then try to skip poco phones but if you want perfomance then go for poco but poco is not for long term like 4-5 years poco is only for 2-2.5 years max according to your use case.

Motorola has good service in Chennai Ambattur , my Moto g54 got camera lens coating issue they took my phone and changed it in 24 hrs and gave my phone back , smile solution i had great experience their , then i bought new 50 fusion. Yes service centre differ from place to place.

I Gave it to service as the back Cover ( Leather) was coming out in WARRANTY.
So they Serviced it and gave me back . When they gave me back My Camera Lens had a Major Crack due to which I was not able to take photo. So I went back to service station and they Serviced it. After servicing because of their fault camera clarity is good but if I even record in a silent Environment still there is a SHARP SOUND AND CAMERA LENS IS SHAKING. NOW MY PHONE IS OUT OF WARRANTY. EVERYTIME WHEN I GIVE TO SERVICING THEY DO SOME SCRATCHES CRACK AND GIVE IT BACK. 😭😭

I bought Motorola edge 50 ultra from Flipkart on 29 July it delivered on 31july it was an open box delivery though the box was slightly damaged and Motorola seal was not there Flipkarts own seal was there so I had a doubt straight on but still it was with exchange for my old device so it was worth it and later on I checked also it was not activated and was a fresh Device, after just one day of heavy usage the camera started fogging up so I had to submit it to the service center they said it will take 15 days and a new fresh unit will be given to you so pathetic experience even after buying a smartphone worth 50 k flagship level. Inconvenience straight on. Shame on Motorola

Bhaiya...my Moto edge 50 fusion doesn't support OTG pendrive or any OTG thing. I have contacted MOTOROLA Customer Care , they have suggested me various methods of USB Debugging using developer options but it didn't work . they told me to change the OTG, that too I have done by purchasing new OTG but same OTG pendrive hand HDD is working fine on my other phone. Lastly they told me that one representative will visit but they didn't come and suggested me to go to Customer care service centre.The centre is not functional they are saying all the phones we collect and send it CHENNAI and after 10 days it will comeback with response.I don't want to give my phone for 10 Days. Can you please tell me any method to enable USB OTG.

Hi sir maine Moto Edge 40 buy kiya ha and with in 6 months muja battery drain with in 2 to 3 hours from hundred to zero % charging. Also slow charging issue, abhi phone service center me diya almost 2 week baad muja service center walo ne call kiya, slow charging issue resolve hogaya, lakin battery🔋drain ka issue resolve nahi kiya.
