    The information is right, Builders are locking future price as real state market will plunge within 2 years and will revive after 8 years, based on past, moreover it's been many years since any real industrialization has happened or manufacturing or Businesss scope is there. All flats which are booked who is purchasing it. Is U. P flourishing like Bangalore, Pune , mumbai or it has scenic beauty like Himachal or kashmir. Is the crowd and security has improved. Is it sports hub. This price could only be paid by people,... Special people..

    Bilkul Sahi Ankit bhai. Lko me 4-5 Cr k flat ka end user nahi h. Yaha 70-80 lac k budget me 3bhk chahiye.yahi demand h

    How is okas residency? The build quality is good but the amenities are not there, the clubhouse is under construction since long. There's no swimming pool i think, and its distant from main road(lulu) as well.
    Pls suggest.

    Omaxe buildings are not well constructed. Their towers are having plaster issues.

    Buying flats in lucknow above 1 crore is a scam tha builder are running for middle class family. Flats above 1 crore in lucknow have no future and will not apriciate in value 5 years from now .

      I completely agree with you. Moreover, this broker definitely has charged a significant amount of money for advertising Jashn. He does this for most videos. No other brokers do such advertise for that particular property. By the way ye sabhi broker advertise kar kar ke price ko at least 1000-1500 per square foot badha diye hain.
