How is okas residency? The build quality is good but the amenities are not there, the clubhouse is under construction since long. There's no swimming pool i think, and its distant from main road(lulu) as well. Pls suggest.

No other brokers do such advertise for that particular property. By the way ye sabhi broker advertise kar kar ke price ko at least 1000-1500 per square foot badha diye hain.
