How To Make Mashed Potato FRIES

These are not your everyday fries, They are better. Crispy on the outside
so flavorful on the inside. Who would not like a little spiced up fries.
You will need:
3 medium russet potatoes washed, peeled and boiled until fork tender
2 tbsp corn starch
1 egg white
1/3 cup parmesan cheese +1 tbsp for garnish
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp dry chives
fresh chives for garnish
1/4 tsp chipotle chili powder for garnish
*oil for frying

Can I bake them in the oven instead and if so what temperature and for how long please ☺️

If you want to try and bake them, spray with olive oil all over and bake at 450f for 20 minutes. That’s the best option, good luck 👍🏻
