Ciao dear Clark, always a plasure meeting up here. A town "away" from the chaos Acuto... sitting on a hilltop away in the middle of nature and away from the main cities... a world on its own. Nice place. See you at the next and wish you a nice Sunday
It’s always enjoyable to watch these towns in central Italy because they are close to nature and beautiful. This town is well kept, in some parts the people are well off with lots of cars everywhere. The Panorama was beautiful. Too bad The Church of St Peter the apostle was closed, I could have love to see the inside. I enjoyed this walk. Thanks as always, Riccardo.

Unfortunately quite depopulated :( But hope to have made it justice somehow with this video. Indeed, that Church of St.Peter looked nice. I went online searching for its history and the interior looks stunning... unfortunately closed, as many nowadays :/ Wish you a nice Sunday evening and see you aa the next one. A kind embrace
No shops, no bars, hardly any life going on, it's very peaceful, but I'd need more action to go and live there, it's a very beautiful area though, I hope the town will survive. Thanks for sharing ❤
Couldn't agree more Asbjørn; I hope somehow to help these towns through these films and to let them be known more to those who are even looking for a different lifestyle. Many of these towns are indeed depopulating fast.. I hope my mission somehow will be succesful in helping a bit and in letting people discover these towns just a bit more... They deserve to be lived in but also to be visited by tourists at the same rate as other luckier and more famous ones... Thanks for the comment as always and wish you a nice Sunday

Querido Didier, siempre estoy feliz de encontrarnos aquí como viejos amigos.. De hecho, Acuto es una bonita ciudad, lejos de las ciudades abarrotadas... es como si viviera allí solo. Y sí, lamentablemente no es fácil para las personas con problemas de movilidad y las personas mayores :/ Todos estos pueblos son así lamentablemente... A vosotros también os deseo un bonito domingo y gracias!

In some parts of the walk its like you are in another time and place long long ago, Riccardo. If not for the red benches in some parts you'd be in a different era. Amazing. The views to the valley from the lookouts are so beautiful. But where were all the people??? (except for the old man and his dog). Thanks again for sharing your walks. 😊🤗🚶♂
Happy you enjoyed also Acuto dear Geraldine. Indeed, so few people and it was a weekend day :( I saw a group of kids though, and that added some "noise" the the quietness of it all. Perhaps in summer it's different, but I doubt it. A very pretty town though... a shame it's depopulating fast :( Such a windy day though!
