At the end of this video I just wanted to give you a round of applause! You make lovely cards! Thank you for sharing your ideas and inspirations. 👏👏👏👏👏
I saw this technique done a long time ago, but I’ve never really tried it. And, recently I ran across it again, but all the ones I saw were done on larger cards. I looked and looked, and looked, and just today ran across yours. I am sooooo excited because you did them on the A2 size card…AND they’re ALL sooooo cute!!! TY Lorraine!!! 💕🌸💕
Aw.... i'm so glad I was able to be of help to you, and you like the cards. Good luck as you move forward with this design, and I hope you stay in touch. Feel free to visit my blog to sign up for my newsletters: StampWithLorraine.com. 😊
Aw... thank you, Valerie! 😊 things just come to me as I'm "playing around!"😉 I'm not always good at starting a new design from scratch, but taking things I see and tweaking them is fun.
Oh my goodness all those cards were so cute I watched till the very end I’m so glad I did because I loved the boo-boos you saved everything and that was wonderful…. Good job
Thank you so much, Sheryle! I'm glad you watched to the end and enjoyed it too! I like to not waste anything and look at mistakes as an opportunity for more creativity!
What a wonderful video! You've taken all the guess work out of this fold and I can't wait to make a card using it. Your cards are gorgeous. Thank you so much for the many tips and your awesome channel.
These are adorable! You are so right about thinking outside the box! The technique can be used in many ways. Your “boo boo” card with the Thanks sentiment reminds me of a dress. Loved it! The band with the bow was a great idea too! Could be a great was to make a veil for a bride. You’re a great motivator thank you so much for sharing!
I did make a card for my sister. I added a birdhouse from Garden Birdhouses stamp set. I attached a little string to top & adhered all just below the short side of the swag. It looks like you’re looking out a window at the birdhouse. I was pleased. I don’t do social media or I’d sent a picture. Thanks again Lorraine!
@@sandys8552 Sandy, that sounds adorable! I love the idea. I've had my eye on that set and have kept putting it off. 😄 Would you be willing to email me a photo of your card? Lorraine@stampwithlorraine.com
Hi Vicki! Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it. I use a Stampin' Seal tape runner sometimes, but the Tombow Muti-Purpose glue is a stronger adhesive and doesn't get compromised in heat and humidity like I'm seen some tape runners do. Liquid glue also gives you a little "wiggle room" to adjust the alignment of your piece before the glue dries. The down side is you need a minute for it to dry (not long really) and if you tend to have too heavy a hand, it can get messy. Practice helps get the right touch.

What a cute fold! Do u have the instructions on your blog?
Hi Leti. Glad you like it. Unfortunately, I don't have written instructions for this one. So sorry. Thanks for watching!
This might sound silly but I am trying to find out what is a card eyebrow? Is there such a thing? Thank you in advance
I don't know! Where did you hear of it?
Enjoyed your video! Is there a reason you do not use a tape runner??

Thanks!😊
You could, make a bellyband with that
Hi Lesley! Yes, that would be an interesting use ofnthe technique.
