    Try using a dry erase marker over the permanent marker and then it just wipes off. No need to use chemicals.

    Great video I need the same thing built my oven but lack the knowledge on control boxes. is there a list of what you used? or do you sell the finished box? Thanks my names Jim

    How many resistors are connected and how many watts are each?

      There is 1 solid state relay and it is 40amp max @220v . I always try to stay under 35 amp for the complete system. 2 burners @ 4000watts each. You would need to use the right power cord and have minimum of a 40amp breaker .
