Hey @calfalcons can you add timestamps to when they had last feed somewhere. Easier to track! After 3:48 feed they haven't had anything if I can see. They had a pretty large bird at lunch I guess

I wouldn't worry too much about feeding gaps. Chicks are capable of going for an extended period of time between feedings with no adverse issues. So far, we've seen no sign of Annie or Archie having any difficulty with hunting.

Hello, CalFalcons--thanks for the video of this momentous occasion. (I kept saying "go to the side of the box, little one and use those wings". Which the little one finally did. Easy peasy.
Also, is there an approximate time for the banding on Wednesday? Thanks.

What do you folks think about that third chick with the yellow feet? Boy or girl?

I don’t think you can tell anything by the feet color at this point. I think it’s the oldest because they all start out with blue feet that gradually turn yellow as they get older.

We've not noticed any correlation between foot color and chick sex. Every year I've made a prediction based on my perception of size and every year I'm wrong... It's just hard to tell until we get up there to measure legs.
