Lol!!! This is hilarious 😂 But in all honesty I did start trading with $100 and kept it alive because of the following:
1. Using a bigger timeframe
2. I don't focus on pips but aim for a daily percentage that's small and realistic.
3 know what to expect having compounded the account over time at that small percentage.

18:38 rookie mistake at its best. Putting a buy position when your trade is below and just about to hit one of your longer moving averages. On my chart, red moving average is 200 and that’s when I either take profit or modify my stop loss and wait for some sort of movement past the 200 moving average. Now I typed this before that position was stopped out due to stop loss and I guess I was bang on!
You were up 22$ I low key feel you blew this account on purpose because if you were scalping .. on a 100$ account that was high risk . You would've took that

The message you wanted to put out was right but they way you went round it was wrong, instead of randomly trading on the 1M and 15M timeframe without any proper analysis and then using improper lot sizes you should have tried to trade properly and then used bad lot sizes to prove that losing streaks can come at anytime to anyone and can wipe someone out if they don't manage their money, all you did was piss about and trade randomly and then use improper risk management and got lucky to come out of it with your money, new traders are not that stupid that they would analyse the market on the 1M alone

Nice vid. I would suggest an account size o $1000 for newbs after success with demo account ..Demo to learn the platform , trade sizing etc. you can then risk 2x 1% trades for 2% risk. per trade. you will probably be restricted to 15min -1hour timeframes due to SL sizing. I learnt to trade spot Gold for 2 .5 years like this. when acc got to $500 I would deposit another $500. only lost $5000 over 2.5 years. doing this. Finally started seeing consistent profits and deposited $5k. now at $7 k and will be depositing more every month . a few months should see me back to BE. Hang in there noobs but dont go broke learning the game. its tough

i traded my 20 dollar account and grew it to 60 dollar with EUR USD, while using 1:500 leverage my funds are pretty secure against volatile movements. the returns are slow tho

Nobody goes long with a small account and big lot size. They take the 20-30 u kept looking over. I do agree with the overall msg but it could have been represented better.
Hey Nick, Mike here again just a reminder very gratefu for you and A1 genuine positive mentor-ship and tutelage..... BUT i want to aware you ive grown 100 dollar accounts(plural) consistently and recently just grew a 5 dollar account to 130 dollars and currently doing an 11 dollar account. I am not a scalper i am a long term trader btw. Just an opinion its not the balance that determines the outcome ITS THE KNOWLEDGE ON THE ANALYSIS, THE DEDICATION TO COMPREHENSION OF THE MARKET, AND PATIENCE. Now in addition to the outcome as profit potential you shouldn't target low volume pairs, there are actually a few pairs that move much faster than everyones favorite metal and probably just as lucrative as the US30. PS. When you can drop your balance to just under 2 bucks and grow it without over risking, COMMEND YOURSELF BECAUSE THAT IS A TRUE CHALLENGE.... Believe it or not everyone may not be able to afford 100 bucks or even 50.

Did you use leverage on that 100$ account? Is it possible to enter gold trade with no leverage 0.01 lot on 100$ account?
How are you getting 0.1 on a $100 account when the margin required is around $30-50 per trade? I have tried this on £100 and can only manage 0.02 and 0.03 at best

What leverage u guys using?
I did this with a demo account. Started with 100k and traded no stop losses. Anytime i checked and it was in the green I closed it. I let the losers run. I got it up to 1.3M and then washed it in less than a week.

Turned 1700 to 12000 in my first week on a live account Lol took out 9000 and i have put everything back in blowing accounts smh. Ive only been trading for a month now soo ive learned alot about risk management lol
But it can be done not because you won’t do it doesn’t mean it can’t be done you were trying to blow the account and you came out with a profit . Every trader trade to make money it does not matter how the go about doing it. Question how much person account have you ever founded?
