Hey bro! Great video as usual! I liked the second office because it gives you room to grow. Even though you may have to put in more money now, it’ll pay off in the long run. If you can sacrifice now with a bigger office, then you can potentially build a team around you and potentially make more money. If you think this is a temp space just get the first office, if it’s not temporary, then go bigger! Keep up the great work
