I think that Mark Sanchez is one of the BEST announcers in the NFL coverage; he always covers both sides, both teams with extensive knowledge. I HATE when the Seahawks go to the East coast and the game is covered by 2 guys who don't even know the Seahawks, at all, except for a few players, and basically ignore the Seahawks coverage. Sanchez ALWAYS does his homework; he is a fugging Pro !
Right!? He called several plays too ala Tony Romo's first announcing gig. He said the Cards should run at Jenkins because he's rusty and they did, and picked up 10. Then he said they're gonna bluff Geno on a blitz and drop 8, and they did and Geno threw the pick. And he likes to RUN THE ROCK!
And what's crazy is that we get Sanchez for a decent amount of our games, because he's on the "C tier" broadcasting crew. Which is just wild because he's great to listen to. Enthusiastic, but not annoying at all. Loves to complement anyone at any time for a good play. He's just great.
There is no run game because you cannot run through a wall of people. The Seahawks have to create holes for the running back to run through and they’re clearly not doing that. 🤷 💚💙I still love and support the Seahawks! Last Sunday was a blast!!!💙💚
I didn't have a clue who Mike Macdonald was. I heard he was a great defense coach. But the way he carries himself and the way he talks. The moves he's made. Won me over, I think he is going to take us to the promised land. Super bowl
Marc is wondering why they dont run the ball its because the oline cant run block, lucky we just got abe back and olu is going to be a quality center for us. It's finally going in the right direction.
YOUR SHOWING YOUR AGE ...... hah, hah, hah....... and me knowing what your talking about....... shows my age. Largent, the good little christian boy goes Rogue !!!!!
Used to hate Sanchez as a color guy when Pete was our coach. He’s a lot more fair to us now that Pete is gone. He was great on Sunday. Really insightful and funny too.
Would really like to see Grubb get K9 involved in the pass game more. Way too big of a weapon not to. We have a more talented version of Leveon Bell in our backfield, who's just being forced to continuously bounce outside after immediately being contacted when given the ball, because the line can't create openings up the middle. More play action with Geno under center, with quick screens to Walker would really help open things up more. Can't always be calling 10-15+ yard pass plays on 3rd and medium/short.
Yeah, I was thinking about that too🤔 I was thinking that maybe they wanted to promote that he was a runner so when he does catch it's more of a surprise? But the cat's outta the bag, so Idky they don't do that more. Maybe they will soon🙏
Agreed. Since they don't have the blockers up front needed for the run game they should do more swing passes or wheel routes to him. Get him the ball in the open so he can really use his skills.
Geno is a really good QB. It's not his talent that's in question, he makes some amazing throws. It's just his decision making. He tries to do too much sometimes. There have been at least 3 or 4 ints this year where he could of ran for a first down for 10+ yards and instead he tries to fit a ball into a crowd of people
Sanchez is a good color guy. He was a PC guy though so I think he's frustrated that Hawks brass let him go, and how they've completely abandoned the run.
This is what I keep saying on different RUclips channels and podcasts: Spoon is one of the best cornerbacks, if not the best we’ve seen in years. His pairing with Riq is easily among the best in the NFL right now. We’ve seen DJ Reed play, but there’s no way he’s better than Riq or Spoon. Even Sauce Gardner is seriously overrated.
Look, everyone talks about the running game the Seahawks should have. Charbonnet has definitely been putting out the numbers, but when it comes to Walker, it seems like almost every run he has is a short gain that was almost a loss. Walker, who was supposed to be the power RB1. Maybe be less predictable with Walker. Run both RBs for an option. Run more draw plays. Also, where are the sweep RB motions? Otherwise, we are still not a run-strong team.
Seattle doesn't run the ball because our offensive line sucks! We're already 2nd in the NFL in offensive holding without a running game. Guess who's 1? Baltimore, best rushing team in NFL. Their offense can overcome those penalties, we can't.
@@manfrombc5162 NFL teams always jack-up combine measurement by an inch or two. DK Metcalf was measured 6'3" in the pre-draft, but always listed as 6'4" by the 'Hawks.
