Good trouble shooting on the height. I don’t see many folks up here raking untedded fields anymore. I never used a tedder when I use to bale hay, but everyone uses them now in these parts. Good video
I don't have a Tedder. When I was growing up, We only used a Tedder when it got rained on. This hay got rained on after I raked it, but I didn't film me re-raking it. But, I just raked it again to flip it over.
@@theweekendfarmer7513 we use to have an old Allis Chalmers 5’ bush hog that the side panel came off of. When our windrows got rained on we’d run that bush hog over them and it would spread the grass 20’ lol. Ah, I miss those old days.
I have a cutter similar to that. I hate it! One time I set it down on two tires and put jack stands under the front. I pulled right off and it was perfect to hook up next time. Wrong!! It still had to beat and pry to hook it up. I’d like to push it off a cliff but it cuts really well.
There is a pin that locks the cutter in position to hook and unhook. you take the pin out when your cutting to allow the cutter to float. Your pin may be missing.
Big Celebrity in the House!!! Thank you Mr. Dion!!! Im down in Fayetteville,Tn. I watch yours and Dylons videos every week!!! Your doing Great Man!!! Keep those videos coming!!
They are pointed down. a couple may be closed. I don't like a lot of air blowing on me. In my opinion the lowest setting on the air still blows to hard sometime. If it gets hot I use the second setting, and that's plenty.
Your videos convinced me to get a 5075e just like yours. Had it two weeks now and looove it!
Reminded me of watching my uncle raking hay when I was a kid. Enjoyed seeing it again.
You got some skills hugging that fence line. I just bought one from my neighbor. Hopefully I will learn to use it.

I wish you showed how you adjusted the rake pressure.
I have to agree 3pint likage mowers really suck putting them on and off .

I run a WR22. How do you adjust the take to have a tighter windrow?
