Liz Tippet if i'm spelling her last name right. She was hosting channel 43's kidsland in the 90s until UPN, the WB and Disney Afternoon took over. She hosted a once in awhile special called Planet Cleveland until '99. Haven't heard from her since the 50th anniversary special in 2018
