  • With this simple recipe, you will learn how to make a delicious baked eggplant appetizer.
    For three eggplants we need
    salt, pepper, garlic, olive oil (any vegetable oil can be used) and lemon.
    Cut the eggplants lengthwise into 3-4 pieces about 1 cm thick. Make shallow notches on both sides. Season each side with salt and pepper, add garlic and drizzle with oil.
    We place it on a baking sheet and send it to an oven preheated to 200 ° C, top and bottom heating for 40 minutes.
    When the eggplants are ready, put them on a plate, sprinkle with lemon and garnish with finely chopped parsley.
