Every restaurant where I've eaten fajitas has served them with rice and beans on the side....and never once with cheese.

The place I go has melted cheese on the refried beans. It's not much cheese. But I always smear those bits on my tortilla first.
That’s exactly what I was thinking. Even when I make fajitas at home, I never put cheese on them.
I cant explain how happy its making me that they arent building the food straight away. The order of picks has messed with it before but now that they pick it all, then build is so satisfying to me 😊

it's better, but the number of ingredients was wrong. link still ended up getting stuck with something when the first person is supposed to get stuck with something

I'm under the camp where when you put cheese in a fajita it becomes a taco. Beef/chicken, peppers, onion, guac, sour cream, maybe roasted corn, salsa/hot sauce.

I love these episodes and I have used sporked several times. The hardest part is a lot of the really good choices just aren't available in my state at the stores I go to, but I still love to support the site. Also, these are crazy choices for fajitas.

I don’t know what fajitas Rhett gets, but whenever my boyfriend and I order fajitas, we always get a bowl that is literally a chip with beans in it. AND some sort of rice comes with it, as well. Very interesting

Rhett not getting the vegan chorizo sooner was surprising. A lot of Mexican restaurants do chorizo and cheese fondue dip and since he had all the cheese it seemed so obvious to me
i dunno where i first heard about it, but yeah, Mexican sour cream is hands down the way to go when making chip dip; regular sour cream still has its' uses, but not when it comes to, for example, onion dip

this reminded me of the fajita parties we had with my coworkers in Argentina, so delicious, so fun
MIxed Fajitas (Chicken and Steak) are my go to when we have Mexican. It always comes with an extra plate that has Refried Beans with cheese, Spanish Rice, Pico De Gallo and Sour Cream. So, I don't know...the ones I get always have beans and rice lol.

Fajitas are actually from texas (Ninfa Laurenzo is credited, if you bother to look), and every single time I have ordered them, they have come with both rice and beans-usually borracho beans in a little bowl/cup. I do not believe any restaurant serves fajitas without rice and beans. I have never seen that, I am certain.

One time I came upon a King snake in the middle of devouring a Garter snake.
It was NatGeo and it was terrifying.
